I recently got a Brazilian blowout…and it’s been about 3 months and my hair is STILL not back to normal. (SUPER curly) so my sister suggested doing this to get my hair like back to normal? My hairs hella confused rn. I have separate “chucks” of straight hair- instead of curly. So I hope this helps! Thanks

They used to do this with pieces of fabric back in my mom's day 1930s.
these old school methods are the best, and so much healthier for your hair
If you wet it to be damp then put the bonnet on you can pull without having to untwist

How did you section your hair?
I know I am a bit late to the video but how many socks and rubber bands would you recommend since I have straight hair and it straight by itself reaches my ankles. I am 15. No extensions. And I am just having a hard time to understand how many 😩 I want medium sized curls and my hair is really thick.
I used 8 socks and rubber bands. So i sectioned it in 8 bits x
