Just want to add Canyon was perma banning khazix when he was in euw worlds a couple years ago cause could never beat Arguin's Khazix. The guy is pretty fucking good

People critiicizing his playstyle probably never heard of dopa, like this is literally what dopa has been doing all this years but in mid. He plays safe and only goes for high % plays, also everyone praise dopa because he has proven how effective his playstyle is by reaching rank 1 multiple seasons.
I think he’s somehow play with dopa (playing tf that time) and dopa really praise him well as a good jungler cuz they sync well in plays

I'm sure he could get rank 1 Korea at any point of the season, although he would probably not be able to maintain it for long. But the dude is legit so fucking consistent, he has one bad game every 20 games or so, he has legit Korea 1v9 demon mode dopa Calvin Klein level macro

Wow! This is SO so refreshing to see...because all the content out recently seems so focused on the solo-carry, 1v9, high tempo, monster drinking crack cocaine style of play. So seeing this reactive, team-focused gameplay reach rank 1 is awesome. drew even mentions that the playstyle seems relaxed and controlled.
So, kudos to him reaching rank 1 while everyone else is still malding trying to climb 😆 (dantes scream @ losing to midbeast). Just goes to show that the game is working. The team aspect of it at least and you don't always have to 1v9-dubstep-playlist-blasting speed-run the game. He shows that you *can* make plays for the team and you can win *with the team*. really inspiring to see, thanks for sharing midbeast!
Admittedly, I did learn a lot from the high-tempo junglers (climbed highest i ever have) but after seeing this, but I'm really curious to see his J4 and other champs playstyle
I used to play like this but I couldn't get wins because of my worse macro and team not listening (Im d3), so I switched to solo carry 1v9 playstyle and it felt like coinflipping,
I now perma gank and play to ruin the other jg's game by perma tracking and playing off it but
I either sack too many farms for a gank and fall off to then let my 5/1 adc i spoonfed to run it down
or I farm too much and expect to carry to then have my teammates lose hope and stop caring about the game because my botlane got 2v4 dove
(adcs have super high egos all the time ffs I swear the toplane gets 1v5 dove all the time but they never complain if I get like dragon off it)
Now I saw agurin playing reactive and getting rank1 in korea PLUS this game which was super bad macro by his team,
He always tries to speak to his teammates and move them like chess, I have to learn better macro and learn how he does that, good time to start watching agurin

But if you mention he streams 4 hours every time fully in English, people will say “oh cool, I’m gonna go follow him”. Agurin got Rank 1 in 3 Servers, a beast^^
Agurin really is great in his Macro and decision making. The reason why he spampings Sion is, that this guy uses a very similiar playstyle as TheBauffs (not as good as the original, but if you dont know how to play against this, veeeerry deadly). These two often play against each other, so Agurin knows how to conquer/play against this playstyle.
Just wanting to let people know that even Tarzaned, the guy who has been coaching Dantes the last few months, disagrees with the "proactive reactive" bullshit.
No he doesn´t and if he does he´s a hypocrite coz he´s the one who taught Dantes about that LMFAO

My guy shit all over that Graves even after the early gank bot. Just stayed cool, played his game, and eventually out-farmed and out-leveled the Graves so that he could just harass him in jungle and take the 1v1 ever time. Smart player.

One of the best thing I remember about agurin is that Ceadrel called him a OneTrick. Agurin wanted to do a challenge against him and they agreed on only playing Lee Sin if possible. Already that is Ceadrel best champ and Agurin never plays him, but the best part is. To the question "what is when Lee Sin got banned?", Ceadrel answered with 10+ Champs Agurin is not allowed to play, leading to them agreeing on: If Lee is banned you pick Xin.

So what it really is. When your a jungler main after you play so many games it actually kinda turns into an old video game. You start to make patterns, after all that is what we do as humans. The more you play you realize that every game is the same, just with small permutations. You do it sooooo much that you know when they are going to happen, it's actually like being psychic.
It happens with every single role. You can play mid or bot or top and snell from a mile away when the gank is coming just from observing the wave and watching small changes on enemy laners.

Since then I've never had the time to take any game seriously in the way I took Starcraft seriously, the results have born that out. Being good at something is mostly a product of how much time and energy you put into it, and League is no different

Mate he is literally known in the german pro scene for taking every cs he can and even sacking his team in order to finish camps :D Agurin is all about efficiency. He tries to funnel every single point of exp and gold into himself in order to take over the game in the later stages.

Agurin is arguably the best solo queue player in the world right now. He’s been rank1 EUW and EUNE and now he made it in Korea. Yes it’s early season but still made to rank1 when everyone abused this time too.
