They tortured my dog. He was a large bullmastiff . They kept it in a small kennel in the back of a estate car without enough room to stand up . No water or food for weeks. They were shocked that I knew it was not my dog My dog was later delivered at 9.30 at night when the police knew only my wife was in I was out. This is why police Scotland don't want body worn video cameras. Police Scotland is the only police force in the UK NOT to have body worn video cameras.

The officer walked away, and I continue to write to the Chief Constable, reminding her of her malfeasance, and we shall se what she does next

Offence can only be taken, not given. Police officers have no grounds to take offence, only members of the public. The arresting officer quite clearly loses his cool here on a number of occasions 😂
