I am pre-commenting before watching because the topic excites me. One Piece is one of the media pieces the maps almost perfectly onto Pathfinder 2e, because there's such an insane power increase over the course of the series. It is totally possible that, like Pathfinder, an East Blue character (Level 1) wouldn't even be able to touch a New World character (Level 20). Of course, this also causes narrative problems in One Piece, when early villains like Crocodile show up later and are inexplicably 100x more powerful just to keep up with the heroes.
I love this as a series. There is so much in one piece we can use in a ttrpg. Things like - changing settings in a long-term campaign, - character development over a long time, - balancing comedy and drama, - creating NPC's that the player emotionally invests in - having dramatic combats with high stakes

Thank you so much for the kind words! We plan to do more once we find what people want from the series
