Just passed my PMP on November 8. 180 questions. I had 3 drag and drop questions. And 177 situational based questions, and I'm almost positive 90% of them were agile based. I was a little shocked to see barely anything process related. Inputs, outputs, tools and techniques. Andrew, your textbook was a great resource. Easily the most digestible content, especially in comparison to Rita Mulcahy's book. However, I will say that all the emphasis on process, ITTOs, was almost non existent in my exam. It was almost intuitive if you have any sort of coaching background. I imagine you'll be revamping your textbook accordingly. But either way, your text is still a fantastic, real life applicable resource. These videos were a massive help, almost more than anything else (along with David McLachlan's). Thanks Andrew!
Great and challenging questions. Done with you it 9/10- feel good but still need more practice. Thank you, Andrew! Looking forward to the next sections.
Hi Andrew. I have cleared my PMP exam on Sunday 🎉🎉🎉🎉. Thank you for the insightful Udemy courses, TIA Mocks and live sessions. Your Mindset helped me to clear the exam. I thought of sending this in the live class but I see there is no live class for this week.
Hello Girish, I am abit confused regarding Udemy course. The content looks old . Still useful? Or am I looking to old course? Could you please share your success story?
for question 63 why Monte Carlo stimulation will not be right choice, as we are trying different scenarios of material to be used and getting best of it. ??
Team has suggested alternatives can impact quality and scope of work. So that couldn't be compromised. Monte carlo uses for forcasting situation by using diff. probabilities scenario whereas Value engineering use to fullfill requirement without compromise its quality. I hope this could have clear your doubt.
Question 68 - can you provide show us how the SPI and EAC formulas fit together to forecast the completion date? It seems like I need the actual value of the work % complete in order to forecast the schedule. .
Using your materials on udemy both PMP and ACP especially the videos where some words you said that was not written down in your materials, I was able to pass both the ACP & PMP exams within six days about a-week ago respectively. But , I got one question for you, what is your take on PMI-SP and do you have lecture or materials for it? Because, it seems that certification is a great certification when it comes to planning/scheduling. Please, advise. Thanks for your great work.
Hello, Greetings. On the Udemy platform they removed the Transcripts from the subtitles, which helped me make the summaries of their course more efficient. Can you get in touch to have them replaced? Otherwise I'll have to opt for another platform.
Value Engineering is promising bells and whistles at the beginning of the project and then removing all the bells and whistles and submitting a plain boring product because it was too expensive. 😉

How many questions did you have where you had to select multiple answer? (E.g. Choose two or three choices)
@@Ronaldineo777 maybe 2-3. They were pretty straightforward too.

EAC= BAC/CPI , option A sentence formation is wrong. Apply CPI to remaining work and calculate EAC makes more sense.
