Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 Arrives in Gering, NE

Enjoy this montage of clips featuring Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 as it travels through Eastern Wyoming and Western Nebraska while enroute to the 2023 College World Series in Omaha. We meet the train in La Grange, where the UP Steam crew is at work servicing the engine for the last push towards the day's destination of Gering, NE. From there, the train heads in a slight Northwestern direction to Yoder, where it turns on to the UP South Morrill Subdivision. It is now a Southeast jaunt across this scenic section of mainline all the way over to Gering, where the train will spend the night. Tomorrow, it is off to North Platte! Rate. Comment. Subscribe.
