Not really... These players that Techno was up against were blatantly better than him at general PvP for almost his entire career(even well into 2021).
Technoblade's skill mostly came from his insane gamesense... Not his PvP aptitude.
@@nirjhar4803 bedwars and skywars made him good at non projectile pvp, but in uhc rods are really big part of it so techno didn't have much exposure at this point in time. During the dream and techno duel, i'd say that was his peak in rod pvp, he has really good strafe patterns and accurate rods, you can see that from his duel with calvin

This video is weird because 2/3s of the UA-camrs are forgotten MC:SG or UHC UA-camrs, but then you also have Mr. Beast's thumbnail artist (Cuds), two of the biggest Spanish Minecraft channels (elmayo97 and Ded), Overwatch streamer Samito, Fortnite UA-camr Kenworth, and xNestorio.
