I am writing from Turkey. I've been trying to play the saxophone for about a year. Since there is no one interested in saxophone where I live in Turkey, I am trying to improve myself. Among the videos I have watched so far, the best ones were the lesson videos you gave.
There is a saying in Turkey: "Don't worry about your hands." This word is used for people who do good deeds. I repeated this phrase often while watching you. You helped me understand many points that I did not understand. God bless you. Live healthy and long with your family.
What a great material! Many thanks for sharing it!

I have a main question===> How to tongue the ' 1+er ' ? shall we tongue it as one note
Hi. The best way to know how to tongue a sequence of notes is to listen to the original and copy what you hear. Usually accented notes are tongued. If you are referring to the start of the Kobayashi song then I would tongue the '1' and tongue the 'and' and slur it to the 'er' which is held into the following beat. Then tongue the 'and' and slur it to the 'er' again. But this is just my way of doing it based on what I hear. There are other ways to tongue these notes. There is a video somewhere on UA-cam where someone goes through the entire song in 3 parts explaining how to play it if you are interested. Hope this answers your question. If not ask again and I will try to answer it better. Thanks.
Thank you very much! ❤️🙏
