    Thank you for sharing, Heart Disease Code. I limit my daily sodium to 1,500 mg per day and follow the DASH Diet. The DASH diet is not a diet, but a way of healthy eating. I've lost 120 pounds and my bloodwork is now normal. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎄🎁🎀🎀🎁🎄

    Question- so I am very healthy but I may be consuming more than needed on the sodium level only because my medication takes away my sodium. My sodium is normally below 135. Average 130-135. Is there any way I can help my blood pressure? I average 150/90 and sometimes I go down. I work out almost every day eat very well but have seizures and high blood pressure 😢 what can I do? Tegretol Lamictal and Epidiolex.

    Q, i do drink Coffee as Needed, i drink it Black....... No sugar or Milk......with My breakfast & sometimes Supper......... is black coffee save for Type-2 diabetic........?

    Interesting that some of the healthiest and long lived people in Ikaria, Greece drink red wine at much higher levels than you recommend.

      My 104 year old aunt drinks one to two glasses of dry red wine everyday and eats garlic everyday. Healthy as a horse and no dementia.

      Please be careful of being skinny but having high visceral fat. A lot of people think that since they're skinny, they have nothing about which to worry. Check for visceral fat and see about reducing it and preventing its buildup.
