Thank you so much - appreciate your comment a lot 🙏 and thank you for watching !
Nice to see your video. Enjoyed the sushi omakase. Did they use brown rice in their sushi? It didn't look like white rice. Still looked appetizing. Thank you for the vlog.
Wow that looked so delicious! I am craving sashimi right now.
the fish was really fresh
Will definitely try this with my brothers!
Absolutely amazing video from start to finish I love how you filmed the whole process ..The okamase was a good price for the quality ,a must try ..Thanks Janice you’re fabulous..x❤️🥰💕
Great video Janice. Need to check this place out. Like you, Tuna is my favourite 😋

At $150 per head I will pretend I am Janice enjoying this omasake meal. Looks amazing and hope I can try one day! Keep it up Janice and let our eyes eat the food with you.
definitely something to add on the food bucket list experience! I'd love to once day experience this in Japan. and thank you so much for watching!
Just went last night and it was amazing! Each piece of nigiri was absolute perfection.
Did you have a favourite piece? ☺️
@@JaniceFung imperadore and the paradise prawn both amazing textures I’ve never had before!
Very nice showing Japan 🗾 sea food showing so nice to eat 😎👍
You’re Back 😊
Yesss I am!
Eye-opener
looks great.... maybe try later.... finally went to Oborozuki.... one of the best set dinners this year
What did you think! Did you do a wine pairing?
@@JaniceFung most memorable dishes were the abalone chawanmushi, forget the abalone.... the dashi stock in the chawan and the egg were absolute highlight.. the other is the glacier toothfish.... perfectly cooked with a tinge of charred on the edge but silky soft on the inside, and the buttery sauce... wow
I had Ume yuzushu.... absolutely an allrounder for me......
unfortunately we were in a hurry as we had a concert @ opera house so the meal was quite rushed... hope to spend more time next round.... way way better than Aria imo and better than Bennelong as well....
yes! I remember the chawanmushi being absolutely incredible! glad you guys had a good night there!
Good video mate
🙏🙏thank you - appreciate it!
Under this particular roof's address, the blow torch heats, things up and the water is salmon tuna coolness, 2 course meals
Bring back memories - tuna auction @ Tsukji market, Janice, had to wake up midnight for it, now closed down, moved to another new place
How early did you have to wake up for that ?
@@JaniceFung 2:30 am something, there were already people queueing plus it's limited spots, waited for another hour, no seating, we had to sat on the floor cross legged beside each other, definitely not good for a fatty like me. So cramp! Tsukji market already announce that before tokyo Olympics they will relocated, thank God I got the chance book the ticket and flew there just and made a video. Many carts moving around, people screaming for the best prices. Met new people, bought souvenirs, ate some seafood don 丼. I really want to go again but despite the air fares already doubled
@@JaniceFung I stayed near Tsukji market - first cabin Tsukji market - I think they already shut down due to pandemic but they used to have all around Japan - capsule hotel
@@JaniceFung seeing a wild bluefin tuna was eye opening too, we weren't allow to touch the tuna tho. Bigger than Eunice 😂
Nice use of slow-mo at the beginning 😉
ahhh cheers Jamie!! 🙏🏻😌
the 5th element, is the missing link to 10 minutes of thinking, inside that house
Looks like you cut out where you eat the anago (sea eel)?
Also, what was inside the pumpkin... perhaps azuki (red bean) or goma (black sesame)?
from memory I think it was red bean
So Janice, please tell me, which level of Fat do you like on the tuna? O-toro, chu-toro, akami
I think it’s gotta be chu toro!
By any chance, visit Nobu?
Maybe one day! I would love to visit but gotta save up some production budget for it first haha
STUFF DAT GRILL!!!

Where is the preparing part? You just recorded the meal
wild wrinkles that cannot be fixed with a leg lift
Raw polluted plastic zinc fish smothered in wasabi and soy sauce. I'll pass.
You couldn't afford it
