Nice to see your video. Enjoyed the sushi omakase. Did they use brown rice in their sushi? It didn't look like white rice. Still looked appetizing. Thank you for the vlog.

@@JaniceFung most memorable dishes were the abalone chawanmushi, forget the abalone.... the dashi stock in the chawan and the egg were absolute highlight.. the other is the glacier toothfish.... perfectly cooked with a tinge of charred on the edge but silky soft on the inside, and the buttery sauce... wow
I had Ume yuzushu.... absolutely an allrounder for me......
unfortunately we were in a hurry as we had a concert @ opera house so the meal was quite rushed... hope to spend more time next round.... way way better than Aria imo and better than Bennelong as well....

@@JaniceFung 2:30 am something, there were already people queueing plus it's limited spots, waited for another hour, no seating, we had to sat on the floor cross legged beside each other, definitely not good for a fatty like me. So cramp! Tsukji market already announce that before tokyo Olympics they will relocated, thank God I got the chance book the ticket and flew there just and made a video. Many carts moving around, people screaming for the best prices. Met new people, bought souvenirs, ate some seafood don 丼. I really want to go again but despite the air fares already doubled
