Replacing the sway bar bushings on my 1987 300D (W124)

Time to replace the sway bar bushings on my 1987 300D! The procedure is the same for all W124 vehicles and it's a pretty easy DIY.
Part numbers for the bushings (you'll need two of each):
124-323-49-85 (outer, the skinnier ones)
124-323-56-85 (inner, the bigger ones)
The inner one is NLA by Mercedes-Benz; you can try part number 124-323-45-85 instead OR you can find an aftermarket part.
