Omg Amanda. If you ever want to visit Ireland you are more than welcome to stay with us if you make us those pies. Just like my nanna used to make ❤❤. Memories xx
Bless you Mandi, brought memories back of my dear mama who used to make her corned beef Ash pies in those dishes ,I've got them now ,beautiful xx well done 👏
Ooh another pastry recipe. I so enjoy it when you make any pastry dish and I truly love pot pies. Thank you for another delicious-looking recipe Dinner Lady. I appreciate you and Ian sharing some fine recipes with us.
That looks absolutely delicious. And could i just say hands and fingers usually work better than some tools. Thanks very much for videos to a lovely genuine nice couple ❤
Hi both another tasty dish I am going to try and make myself .Thank you both .You have helped me to cook tasty dishes with your fantastic teaching skills.xx
Southern Nigel Hi both of you I love your content videos ....Ian just to say I bought one of those utensils for mashing mince ...used it once its now in the shed for stiring paint I'll continue using the potato masher it works far better IMO .......
Delicious. I love those pie dishes i inherited a couple from my dad. Best place to get them and other cheapo kitchen stuff is charity shops. I think you can actually buy vegetarian suet by the way for those that want to give this receipe a try
I bet that would be lovely after Christmas when wondering what to do with the left over turkey. I was surprised by the amount of meat you got of one leg. Can't wait to make this. x
Tasty :) I just cooked a turkey the other day so we could have loads of leftovers,, now I have inspiration. I have a bigger appetite than your beautiful little dishes though, so I'd do a larger size, and maybe add potato and turnip. If I may say, I find it easier to watch when you're not too zoomed in on your work. Thanks!
Lovely looking pot pie,and I like turkey pies, but turkey is very hard to fine in most supermarkets except around thanksgiving.Actually my supermarket sells turkey legs, cut across the bone, and my friend showed me how to make curry with them, and they make a delicious curry.😊
So glad you have a meat chopper , many moons ago Mand mentioned she tried a potateo masher to break down her mince in the video of her Homemade Lasagna & Foccacia Bread. I screamed then at my tv to get one of these. lol
Hinny, I have a request , well 3 actually. We used to have a pie at school that tasted like stuffing but it was meat . Any ideas? Also I NEED choccy concrete and also a genuine Geordie Lardy Cake PLEASE ?
@@spendover never mind not being a true pie they aren’t pies at all. A pie is a savoury or sweet filling encased with pastry or at least a pastry lid with the exception of a pie chart, wasn’t being a smart arse at all smart arse 👍

On a truly miserable day like we have had here on the Suffolk coast this would go down a treat xxx
Oh my, these are amazing
another great way to use turkey legs x fabulous dinner xx
I adore a suet crust pastry, not made that much anymore, but its a great traditional pastry for a lovely pie!😊
Delicious. I love those pie dishes i inherited a couple from my dad. Best place to get them and other cheapo kitchen stuff is charity shops. I think you can actually buy vegetarian suet by the way for those that want to give this receipe a try
Hi is there any left?
What a lovely hearty healthy meal
Wow another mouth watering dish😊
Ive got the same dishes and ive had them for years, they're the best.
Love them so happy I found them Diane x
OH WOW - I'll HAVE to make that !😜
Love these too. I love fresh tarragon but it’s hard to come by. I often use dried when I can’t get fresh x
That's why when I saw it grabbed and put in the freezer haha x
@@thedinnerlady9180 great idea. I’m going to follow your advice. Thank you x
I bet that would be lovely after Christmas when wondering what to do with the left over turkey. I was surprised by the amount of meat you got of one leg. Can't wait to make this. x
Oh definitely it would be great better than Turkey curry haha x
Delicious. Lovely hearty meal 😊 x
Ooo Mandy you've done it again the p8es
Tasty :)

Yyaayyyy you're going to love the meat masher! 🤩🤩 Use it like a stick blender and not sideways 🤩🤩
Lovely looking pot pie,and I like turkey pies, but turkey is very hard to fine in most supermarkets except around thanksgiving.Actually my supermarket sells turkey legs, cut across the bone, and my friend showed me how to make curry with them, and they make a delicious curry.😊
Love both channels thx ian and mandi see ya in the next one chow for now

Looks lovely definitely going to try it xx just a question can you freeze left over egg wash?
Yes as long as you only use it for egg wash x
Yum ❤
Might try this with chicken too. We like one pot meals in our house.
Hi. Could you please give the measurements of the dishes you used. Thx
It's 4 in wide 6 in length and 1 1/2 in depth x
i will try that with chicken thighs. xx
Hi Amanda hope your good and Ian.
Sounds good Amanda.

For dumplings yes self raising x
How did you cook your turkey roast or steam it looks roasted but you seem to have a lot of liquid for roast x
It was roasted in the airfryer x
@@thedinnerlady9180 ok thank you we are going to try it it looked very tasty x
Do you make desserts too please
My adoption papers must be lost in the post😢😅 love it all, keep going And and Beddy ❤
What is a corsori?
Airfryer x
😋 😋 that looks sooo delicious can you adopt me plzzz 😂 👍🏽😘
It’s a hard job Ian but someone has to do it.😊
Mash would finish this off a treat on the sides
Goodness, that turkey leg went a long way.
I like making use of cheaper cuts of meat.
Very nice.
I miss suet pastry. Everything seems to be puff pastry these days. The flavour and texture of suet is so much better.
I'm sure there's veggie suet available
Yes you can buy it x
Also meant to say love you both
ANN IN CUMBRIA.XX. 😊😊😊.
Instead of using pastry you can always put mashed potato on top
Definitely x
Could you show us how to make pasta thank you
Definitely and. Soon x
I do like a pie,but not with celery in it ! :)
Hinny, I have a request , well 3 actually. We used to have a pie at school that tasted like stuffing but it was meat . Any ideas? Also I NEED choccy concrete and also a genuine Geordie Lardy Cake PLEASE ?
I will be round in a flash.xx🐝🐝
Set a place for me mandy. Thank u paula age 70
id cook my veg not as much or cut bigger seemed to all go into one didnt you put potatoes in hun
No as we had pastry didn't want it too heavy be lovely with mash on the side x
I enjoy your videos but, a pie is side, top and bottom 🤷♂️
And yes I know your calling this a pot pie
What about a Shepherd’s pie, cottage pie and a fish pie there’s no pastry at all and yet they are still pies…….apparently 👍
@@joekerr6685 But, they aren't true pies are they smart arse?
