Jamaican Chinese _ Ham Choy n Pork

How to make Ham Choy and Pork with Fah Chung
In jamaica this was one of my favorite dishes and
Ham choy and pork is really Sour Pickled mustard that is sold
At your local Chinese supermarket with cut up pork meat
I hope this tutorial is helpful and like i always say
When it comes to the powdered seasoning

Mushroom Soy Sauce
Jamaican Choice All purpose Seasoning
Black Pepper
Cut up Pork Meat
Eskellions
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Black Bean Sauce
Sour Pickled Mustard Greens (HamChoy)
Ginger Powder
1 pkt Stevia

There was a Chinese Restaurant , Mee Mee in Matildas Corner, Liguanea, they sold the best Ham Choy and Pork in the mid 70S to early 80s...
