As you said, clients have great difficulty in understanding architectural plans and renders help a lot, but one of the most amazing tools, and for me the best differencial within archicad is the BIMx file. clients love to play around their house in the phones and can understand it much better. i think renders are amazing for comercial use, to choose decoration, but renders and BIMx together gives the client another perception. For me at least! great job and let´s continue the journey
