I made these. I love them! I would not use salted butter next time though because peanut butter has a lot of sodium in it already. They were a bit salty for my liking but man my whole family thought these were awesome. Thank you

Hey Karli! Love your recipes! I was wondering what I could do to stop the cookies from flattening so much while baking. I follow the recipe exact but my cookies flatten almost completely and get too crisp.
Hi Madisyn! A few thoughts- do you live in a humid climate? If so, you may need to add an extra 1/4 of flour to accommodate the extra moisture. I am also thinking that your oven may not be quite up to temp, I find that having an oven thermometer (you can buy them for a few dollars on amazon) can really help make sure that the oven is in fact how hot it is telling you it is. It's just more reliable. Cookies that are baked at a lower temp tend to spread a lot more than they would otherwise. Hope this helps!
My favorite is the PB&J. Would I use this PB cookie recipe and roll in sugar? PB buttercream and raspberry swirled would be easy enough. Unless you want to re-create that cookie. They rarely offer it anymore ☹️

My cookie dough turned out to be liquidy and usually these recipes turn out to be really thick did I do something wrong or should it not be thick
