Las empanadas del minuto 10 son venezolanas, al igual que esa bebida que compraste al final. Todo lo demás si era tradición chilena! Los mejores completos estan en los locales de barrio o cadenas no tan conocidas, ahí esta el verdadero sabor

You didn't try real chilean food guys, those street vendors are immigrants that sell everything but real chilean food. Like "Pastel de Choclo", "Empanada de Pino", "Completos", etc..
I love that you guys eat chilean food but chilean food is best eaten at peoples homes and more to the south, rural chilean food is a whooole other level, sorry Santiago but it's not even debatable. Like the sopaipillas, mote con huesillo and empanadas all looked subpar. Like the sopaipillas and the mote con huesillo, they just put colorant and cheat so it's cheaper. Not the same, not even close.
Street vendors weren't very common until the massive flood from the open immigration into the country since ten years ago. Most Chileans are not happy about all this immigration from Venezuela, Colombia, Haiti, etc. that brought massive amount of crime too which was unheard-of before in Chile.
