    I brought you a delicious and soft barley bread, I hope you make it and enjoy it
    ingredients
    Fancy flour. 250 grams
    50 grams of barley flour (I used whole wheat flour)
    (if it has coarse bran, be sure to sift it)
    Easy Rogen 15 grams
    Water. 200-205 grams
    (If it is not enough, add water bit by bit)
    20 grams of olive oil (you can mix liquid oil)
    Instant yeast 5 grams
    Salt 6 g
    Any kind of seeds (sunflower kernels, chia seeds and barley flakes)
    After mixing the dry ingredients and adding oil and water, knead until the dough is soft and smooth. At the end of the kneading, add the grains and knead a little again until the grains are soft. Leave the dough to rest for one hour at room temperature. Take a lime and rest it for 5 minutes, then roll out your dough to a diameter of 30 cm in a tray, rest for 30 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
    💯 Tips: Don't pour the water completely because of the presence of easy rogen, it may loosen and then you won't be able to collect the dough!
    Knead for 6-7 minutes and add more if necessary!
    If you want your bread to remain soft, the oven should be heated to 230-250 degrees and the bread should not stay in the oven for more than 13-15 minutes.
    💯 Easy Rogen is a type of improver, preferably don't remove it because it has a great effect on the texture of the bread
