How to Draft an application for Superdari of car by Seekh Laitay Hain in urdu 2019

If the police takes the custody of your vehicle/car/motorcycle either in any offence or your vehicle has been recovered by the police in an FIR lodged by you. You have to apply for Superdari of such vehicle/car/motorcycle before the competent court which may be the Magistrate of that police station where FIR is lodged in offences not too much harsh. In this video, I have shown you the way how to draft/write/type an application for Superdari of vehicle/car/motorcycle etc. what should be its contents. You can file this application your own or through your lawyer
In future, INSHA ALLAH, I am trying to launch an Android application with same name “Seekh Laitay Hain” wherefrom any body would be able to download his desired formate like affidavit, agreements, rent agreements, sale agreements, writ petition, power of attorney etc.

My shot gun went in police custody in March 2020.Police arrested two boys hunting with me, they took my gun also.The boys got bail.I appeared four times before a Civil Magistrate, in the meanwhile Covid 19 started and lockdown announed.But my friends father took the report of my gun from Police Station and gave to the lawyer, it is submitted in the court.My lawyer seems to much too lazy, he is not taking any interest.As i live in Multan and the case is in Kot Addu.
I wish to know, should i approach the reader of the court or still i need my lawyer.
Or i need to contact another lawyer.
If the magisterate grant permission to recover gun, i need to proceed Maal Khana.
