How to write/Draft/prepare Pre Arrest Bail Petition(Darkhuwast Qabal Giraftari) Pakistan-Urdu 2019

If you come to know that an FIR (First Information Report) has been lodged against you in any police station. You should not go to the police station in person because there are severe apprehension that you may be arrested by the police. So to tackle with this situation, you should send any of your relative to police to come to know which allegation are leveled against you. You relative should obtain copy of FIR. Read it out and then file Pre Arrest Bail Petition before Sessions Judge/Court. After bail is granted, the police cannot arrest you as you have bail granting order.
