How to write application for initiating contempt of court proceeding (Toheen Adalat) in Stay (Urdu)

If you have filed a suit for permanent injunction (stay suit) along with application under order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with section 151 CPC (stay application) and the court has announced stay order restraining the defendants/respondents from making any sort of construction over the suit land but if the respondents violates the order and make construction. You have the option to file an application for initiating contempt of court proceedings against the respondents who committed violation. You may also request other things in that application. How to write/ draft/make an application for initiation of contempt of court proceedings against the contemners / who committed violation of court order, see this video till end. In the case of stay where respondents are restrained from making any sort of construction, you may request to court to appoint a local commission for ascertain the current status of suit property/plot (to determine if any construction is made)

Ye aap ne ghalat applicatiin kia he. Contempt application nahi banta balke order 39 rule 2(3) ka banta he jis ko disobedience application kehte hen. Contempt proceedings sec 3 of contempt order 2003 k teht hoti he. Khuda k ly law parah karin. Misguide na karin logon ko.
