    Is it normal to have bruises all
    over your legs when you first take this up? cause i do...i also used a heavy(2lb) thick braided rope before i decided this was for me (cause it was cheap) and plunged into paying for an actual one. maybe that's why...

      We can't say how other ropes is going to work. If talking about ours we produce high quality ropes which are very different from regular ones. If you are all the time hitting your self you should go through the basics and learn more about cardinal laws of rope flow. Or go to Octomoves App to get help and support. Good luck 👍
