Pregame Stretches To Prepare To Throw

- Hip Mobility: 1 minute back and forth
Ankle Mobility Stretch:10 seconds each side, working up until a minute.
Thoracic openers, mobilizing upper/mid back: 5 to 10 each side.
Y’s and T’s: 60-90 seconds each move.
Shoulder taps: 45-60 seconds.
Lunge + Twist: 30 ft down and back, 2-3x.
Skipping arm circles: 30 ft down and back, 2x
Skip + Twist: 20 ft down and back, 2x.
Pogo jumps: 10-15 ft down and back, 2x
Sprint build up: 20, 30, 40 ft. - Спорт
Pre-game stretches are SO overlooked by players and coaches today. I struggle sometimes getting my girls to take the necessary time to stretch. Some very good stuff in here, thank you for sharing.
