- I used to have a link here to a website that free iris folding paper and designs but it is no longer available.
Here are some others but if you do a Google search for Iris folding patterns or paper you will find other sites like this one:
familycrafts.ab...
or this one:
www.squidoo.com...
There are many more, you can also find free printable patterned paper if you Google it.

The best part of YT is reading comments from people that watch your videos. Thank you for yours.
You are just a crafty woman. A jack of all trades! There are thing I have never seen in my life, and this is one of them.. This is very cool!
Thank you for making a wonderful, easy-to-follow tutorial in less than five minutes! Also, love your accent.
I think I would make a great gift. You could pick colours to match the person's kitchen, bathroom etc..
I am a craft-o-holic. I'm always trying new ones. I especially like papercrafts. Thanks Dolores.
Go for it Barb! I love trying new crafts. There aren't too many crafts I don't like.
The longest part of the craft is cutting out the paper strips. The actual construction is quick. I have found a basket made with Iris folding and I may add some quilled flowers to it!
Staying warm has been a challenge for us, it has been brutally cold here lately.
Thanks Peggy.
Thank you for the straight forward iris folding technique. I got a library book on iris folded cards and it did not explain how to start. 💕💕
Tammy that looks so much like foundation paper piecing in quilt making. Instead of paper you use fabric and you sew each piece down to the design on the paper. Very neat. Hugs!
Thanks Annie. Don't need much patience for this one, very easy to do.
I just stumbled upon this craft, never heard of this either before today. So many crafts...so little time!
Thanks Charlene.
@twistmenot The folded edge just looks nicer in the finished product. It gives more of a dimensional look, but you could just place the unfolded pieces down as long as the edges are straight and nicely cut.
You are very welcome! thanks for taking the time to leave me a comment.
You are awesome Mike, thanks for the comment.
Thanks for your kind words!
Never heard of it before doing this video! So many crafts, so little time.
Thanks much Gail!
I am constantly finding new crafts...now if I can just try to retire early....
Thanks for showing this, wow you never let us down with new things. I love that boot one so much. Granny boots are one of my favorites! Max, loved that joke sweetie! HUGS xoxo STAY WARM there folks!
It looks like the site is down for maintenance until mid November, I suggest you try again later. Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks Jenn :)
You make me smile.
Hello Gigi! Sorry I missed this comment.
You did a very nice job on the heart you made for Beth. Take care.
Thanks Eden, the boot turned out well.
@starfritishines It is a fun craft! Thanks for watching!
I just stumbled upon this one and had to show it! Thanks Daryl and your brother Daryl if he is watching ;)
Quilting is something I have never done! I can see how you could easily use fabric instead of paper though and thread instead of tape! Interesting.
Not done these cards for ages! Need to start again, i used the inside of envelopes.
I am glad I found your channel your very helpful in your tutorials and I love the sense of humor at the end at the end of long day of crafting I can use some sense of humor lol!!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Is there anything you can't do? Really, another cute project I will have to try! I'm going to be busy for hours with all these neat projects!
Ok now that is really cool. I think I may even be able to do this one:) You are the crafe Queen...You are an you should have your own show..Oh yea!

I am sometimes intimated, but I was glad that I tried this. I really to like working with paper :)
Gigi
You know .. I always found books but the shapes on the cover always scared me so I really never bothered about this particular paper craft
But the final results in your video are great
So I'm going to have to try it sometime soon
I loved the purple lilac shoe
Thanks Tammy :)
It must have taken you so much time ..
You are a sweetheart Eva. Thanks
I do have my own show...lol, it's called the Yoyomax12 channel. :)
Thanks Irene.
Anyone can do this one, it is very simple. There are many free patterns out there to be downloaded on the net.
Thank you for this video! It was very helpful and now Iris folding doesn't look as scary as I thought it would be!
Beautiful demonstration and a beautiful card too. I enjoyed the joke at the end too! Thanks so much!
I made this for my friend's baby shower. She loved it
Wonderful and easy to follow. Thank you
I love it! I tried the tea bag folding and I am going to make the heart... I know just who to give it to. Thanks for sharing this one :)
Gigi
Wow...amazing... and once I saw how it was done, it doesn't look difficult...
Thank you! May you be blessed with all things good
it looks really good but i have a question....
it seems a bit of a laboured thing to fold all those peices of paper in half, is there a reason to do this? or could you just use strips of paper as they are (unfolded?)
You come up with the greatest follow up jokes to the jokes of the day! lol!!!
If I thought I could make money at a crafts shop I would, but I've never had an interest in running a business.
@planetaoma Happy you enjoyed the video :)
Thanks Grams!!
@97Scarygirl Thanks for letting me know you tried this craft!
This is a cool video, at first iris folding looked hard, but you made it look easy! :)
I had never heard of this art form before. Very lovely stuff. I am with Eden...the boot is gorgeous.
Great demo thanks you have made this look so much simpler than I thought...and I loved the joke at the end my son tells me a joke nearly every day...xx
Thanks, it is a fun craft to do.
@somidharay Glad my video helped you!
The pattern is on the website in the description box. It is a very easy craft. The hardest part is deciding what colours to use.
Thanks!
¡me encanta! núnca vi nada tan bonito! gracias!
I'm not very good at budgeting money, my husband does that! lol.
I love trying new crafts, there are just too many out there and not enough time!
I don't generally like crafting but I love this and will be sure to try it..thanks Tammy
That is really cool! I will have to try that! Thanks, Tammy!!!!
Sure you could Tyler, it's just folded paper glued with sticky tape on a pattern, that's it!
@payish Thanks!
Thank you Beth!
I appreciate the suggestions for the tags, I've added them in.
Valentines day card mailing deadline is coming up quickly here, I'll have to get cracking on those cards. lol.
Awesome Tammy!
That looks like fun!
thanks for sharing !
mike
@Luvkitty33 All the patterns I used were nicely numbered and the colours were listed. Is there a photograph you can follow?
The size of the strips will depend on you really and the size of the pattern, it will take some trial and error I think.
You always come up with the neatest crafts, thanks for sharing Tammy:)
very good explaining how to do the iris folding, thank you for your tutorial :)
@yoyomax12 thank you
i made both ways... keeping it unfolded only works if you use double sided paper
I love new crafts. Whenever I find one I want to try it out. So many things to do!
Would that be a "Jill of all trades"?
lol.
very pretty. i love the boot!
xoexo

Cute, I made these for Mother's Day, for everyone!! So easy!
I am interested in knowing what you use for the crackle paint? Do you but it or make it?
I bought it :) You paint it on and then add your colour over the top and it crackles as it dries. Thanks for watching :)
Can I ask you which one you bought...I like the effects. Thank you.
