You can record using earphones mic if your phone has external mic recording option

In oppo and realme it wasn't supporting until I changed the settings in volume and vibration section but still did not worked

unfortunately some of the phones dont support wired mic for video recording.
Only other option is to cover your mic on the phone while recording
