Hi Amy, Im practising fish flop. How to actually hold the body part below the shoulder in a vertical position before flipping over? I tend to flip my toes, thighs, and also butt to the back instead of holding them still whenever I try to roll over.
Hi Valerie! Thanks for asking. Try holding the shoulder stand with the legs in the air by itself before rolling out. Just holding that position will help your body 'find' the apex of the move so that you'll shoot your toes more to the ceiling when you bring your head through your hands in the roll. There's a lot happening here so remember it's a journey!
