Very tempting. Please tell me what oil I should use for frying these murukku etc because I use kadala ennai groundnut oil for cooking of course til oil nd coconut oil also for certain vegetables and vetta kuzhambu etc.

Which is right. Also, should I dry roast payatham paruppu, cool it, and then powder it in mixie. Seive it and then measure it. Thanks, thinking of making mullu murukku for this Deepavali. Had this doubt, so asking you.

I try all the recipes you post. My mullu murukku does not come as one pice but breaks when pressed in oil. What's the reason.
