I flew on Max-9 Alaska first class few months ago; I felt bad of how much space first class seats had and how this entire experience reminded me of all those years of economy on crappy old beat up planes in the 90s and 00s - yes the 9 series do have their issues which have been discussed many times and I only blame Boeing leadership for it - the airship itself is superb and competes in the space well (I'm a pilot and I can relate to the MCAS bullshit 100%)
Thanks for another enjoyable flight video. 737 Max seems like an awesome aircraft, especially the First Class design. Always love seeing boxed water. I can see why Alaska is your favorite airline. 👍
Had a first class ticket from SF to SEA but get down-graded to coach last minute due to oversold condition. Offered nothing to compensate and told me to call Alaska customer care. I think I got shafted out of first class because my booking was from an International carrier - not from Alaska's ticket stock. Now I get push back from both airlines and blaming each other. Never again I would book flight when Alaska is in the middle of it.
He is on the right side of the plane. Approaching PDX, from ORD, Oregon's Mt Hood is visible from the left side of the aircraft, and is extremely close. Also, when clear, you can see Oregon's Mt Jefferson off in the distance. To the right of the plane, are Washington's Saint Helens, Adams and Rainier.

IMO, Alaska is the BEST!
If you want another UA-camr to watch, The Topher is great with his POV drive reviews

THE NEW LIVERY FOR N559AS IS AMAZING
17:21 Mt. Hood on the right and Mt. Rainier one the left. I live close to Mt. Baker.

Good video as always!
Chicago to Portland in first class? Sounds like a first class ticket from hell to hell.
Yeah, the state of Portland is worse than most 3rd world countries.
from one shithole to another. 🤣🤣🤣
That made me laugh. Amen 😂
You have spent how much time in Chicago or Portland recently or do you simply believe everything you read?
Nice headrest supports
Good vid
I hope, given the incident with the Alaska Air Max 9 door plug blowout, your views remain strong and supportive for Alaska and its Max9
I really like the new first class product, but I’m still partial to the old first class seats!
Love it can’t wait to fly on Alaskas - 9M one day I was supposed to fly it home from Kona but they downgraded it to the 900er😭 @thetripreporter
