Before Gaugamela, Darius offered half his Empire, seeking for peace. Parmenio said "If I was Alexander, I would accept that offer". He simply replied "and if I was Parmenio, I would too". The beggining of the end. Alexander saw complete conquest as the only acceptable destiny.
To Eternity, his last dying moments. There is peace at first, but then, at 40:07, you hear it, his last breath; it's his ascension to Olympus, side by side with the others. He is now a god. And then the symphony allows itself to end, and Alexander's life with it. Masterpiece.

Just a small catch - gi back to the last movement of Das Lied von der Erde, of Gustav Mahler - ABSCHIUED / The Farewell).. A perfect march to Eternity -- Ewig, ewig, ewig (always, always, always). Thank you.
If I was still into modding Total War games I would do almost anything to have you help out or consult for soundtrack. Man am I glad I found your channel Farya, I can't wait to see what other masterpiece gem of music you will create going forward. Peace to you brother.

I absolutely adore the work you do here. You've no idea how much of help your videos are to me. Appreciate it 🤙
Alexander was tutored by Aristotle let's not forget that
@@vardar8695 Alexander or Aristotle? Regardless if it was an attempt they lost.
This channel deserves way more views than it gets. Like this is better than stuff I've heard from music channels like Adrian Von Ziegler with a million subs
farya thank you for making me feels things that i didn't know i needed to feel - (youth)
OMG i love it, the order and names of your songs, you design it as the history of macedonian empire and the event all along Alexanders the greats life, this is what they call “art”
This whole channel is a masterpiece
Very inspired opus. Amazing leitmotifs, especially for Alexander. Wonderful instrumentation and melodies!
Thank you, that was amazing and haunting. Watched this after seeing your video on tones, and it opened up a whole different way of hearing.
Astounding!
please upload to spotify farya!
Thats a very early christmas present :D
Gorgeous and powerful: a masterpiece!!!
Bellissimo
Perfect christmas gift for people like me ! I've been playing AC origins, and this is beyond my expectation just speechless.
Never got to Origins yet but I played Odyssey a lot and it definitely deepened my love for Ancient Greece even more
@@faryafaraji Origins is far better than Odyssey: a more compelling story, mix of Egyptian and Greek cultures + Roman Cyrenaica. And more historically accurate (classical type ruins in Odyssey did bother me)
@@PadishahAnshan thank you ! i also do love origins, especially when traveling to northern area .. i miss alexandria already
@@faryafaraji Glad you know how wonderful it is...! Ancient instruments..!
I almost teared up by the end, what an amazing symphony you've made. Great job!
That's truely epic ! You are very talented Farya !
This is incredible, the music makes me feel an atmosphere of mysticism and makes my imagination fly when trying to recreate those ancient and fanciful times, I subscribe to this channel, I love it.
Only partway through, but this is already showing so much promise, my mind and imagination are stirring
This is a masterpiece.
Alexander was love it.
Thanks.
