- Wei visits Frederique Constant's manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva to speak to Managing Director of the brand, Niels Eggerding, about the limited edition collaboration that is probably the most revolutionary that we have ever done. The Frederique Constant x Revolution Slimline Monolithic Future Past (Salmon) celebrates watchmaking's past with a form factor reminiscent of 1940s chronometers but also presents its future by incorporating Frederique Constant's revolutionary regulating organ, a single silicon disc called the Monolithic oscillator.
Wei also meets with Frederique Constant's high complications watchmaker, Romain Valette as he demonstrates the assembly of the Monolithic into the caliber FC-810 and introduces the laser device developed by the manufacture that measures the accuracy of each movement. The Frederique Constant x Revolution Slimline Monolithic FP(S) is a limited numbered edition of 100 pieces and an incredible value proposition at EUR 4,450 retail. Going on sale 6 April 2023, 10pm SGT | 4pm CET | 10am EST. Email shop@revolutionmagazines.com to register your interest.

I'm so happy for FC. Finally getting the recognition they truly deserve. For the longest time whilst everyone was caught up with the Crown and other Hollywood hype watches, there is a quiet democratisation and technological revolution going on with lesser brands.
I love it. The one thing I would have done differently is blued the hands or numerals to match the regulator. But a light blue. Great job.
I agree. The first thing I thought was, "beautiful dial, but I wish the hands had a little contrast"
I ordered mine.... this video is killing me.... I want it today!!! ;-)
This video is dope
Fantastic!! 🔥🔥I'm getting one!! Great video btw 👍
The dial is stunning
Ordered mine yesterday! I wanted the original monolithic, but the printed roman dial was too bland for me. This one slaps!
Totally agree!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
can anyone explain to me how is this one different than the ZENITH one?
zENITH dEFY lAB, DEFY INVENTOR both came out with a 50hz oscillator that serves the same function as this one.
Not a hater, just curious how is this one different
Higher frequency. The Defy Lab had a frequency of 15 Hz and the Defy Inventor had a frequency of 18 Hz.
Yeah banging tune 😂
Innovations like these are why the Milgauss needed to go. It was just a reminder of how far behind Rolex was vs other manufacturers.
I disagree. Rolex has always done its own thing even when there were great innovations. If they were "far behind", I couldn't explain why they're going back to more classic sensibilities with the 1908 and the Daytona's new design for example.
LMAO that intro song
Baltic MR01 anyone?
Not really, the MR01 reminds me of the Patek 5026, this one reminds me of the Patek 96 with Breguet numerals. Its all been done before.
also it brings memories of LUC Chopard colab with Revolution
Baltic too small to compare.....
