Hi I just bought two of them and watch Ur video and thought u might know what might be going on on one of them I did hold the side button cause I wad thinking it wasn't super fast charging till I watched Ur video again and realised it was but now I'm having trouble charging my s20 ultra it seem to come up with 88 on the display as soon as I plug it in to the phone but when I use that same power bank to charge my s21 ultra and Nintendo switch its fine. Did I do something wrong while it was connected to the s20 ultra n holding the button at first or somthing, the other power bank working fine tho so I'm confused so thought to ask and see if u could help and great video by the way I have owned the charge up reserve 1st gen for a great while and it's been a great power bank so now I thought to get the 2nd gen

Hey, is one of the numbers supposed to flash while charging? The "ones" number flashes but only when charging the powerbank. For example if I was charging it at 17%, the number 7 flashes. Does yours do this too? I can't quite tell on the video because it is a time-lapse.

It doesn't come with the box. However, if you have a newer iPhone, you may be able to use its charging block if it has a USB-C connection. The cable that comes with the box is a USB-C to USB-C so you need a USB-C power adapter.

Hey I just got the new charger cord today I ended up getting a 100w PD 5a one so far it's charging without fail n omg it charging my phone so much quicker then the other cords I have and it also sits in the phone and power bank so tight where the other cords were loose so I'm thinking that could be what was going on not sure but the power bank is down to 85% and hasn't stopped so I'm thinking I found a cord that accually going to help I'm going to keep an eye on it but fingers crossed it's going to be fine now but gotta say thank u heaps for Ur help and the suggestions you gave me

This is hopeless. It doesn't tell you how to charge the damn thing. My one did not come with the unit that goes into the electric power point so it is useless. It needs to come with all equipment required to charge it. Do you switch the power bank on when it is charging? And do you use the large USB or small USB to charge the bank?

If you looked in the Instruction Manual it does actually explain how to charge it, Plus if you looked at the cable that came with it it’s sorta obvious. But most products today won’t come will a wall plug, you’ll usually always have to buy that separately (it sucks, I know. But ultimately it’s up to them). I have one, It’s amazing so I wouldn’t be hesitant at all if you wanted to go get one. Charges really fast and holds a ton of charge. Only downside is the time it takes to recharge.

It can charge with any USB-C cable with an adapter. If you use an android phone then you may have one. Any of those phone chargers can charge it, but make sure that have a C port. Now for charging, One point is saying In/Out; which is referring to power in and out of the power bank.
