I would like to share my story my nickname is GIGA I started my project with 270kg I managed to lose 70kg just training at home with adapted weights and doing cardio on the street I live in RS I am 31 years old 1.80 currently with 200kg detail I am unemployed for 8 months I record my training to motivate a person who, like me, overcame depression and obesity, I am here to show that nothing beats willpower. I have a long connection with sport. I have already practiced martial arts so I defend that SPORTS saves lives.
