- Have you every wondered who the rarest Pokemon is? Well we went and searched for which 10 Pokemon can take on the title of the rarest Pokemon in all of the Pokemon games. These 10 Pokemon are the rarest Pokemon to find in any game and are the hardest to search for as not only do they have the lowest chances but also a few extra steps to make them even harder to encounter. True story: in my hunt to encounter a Salamance in Pokemon Moon, I actually came across a shiny Bagon before a Salamance got called!

Fun fact: I found 2 shinies before I found a Feebas in Sword & Shield.
Fun fact I fund my second legit. Shiny on Sunday it was a shiny lotad in my emerald play through I found my first ever shiny a ferrow in my fire red play through ha what are the chances I find a shiny Pokemon in two different games.
I also find a Feebas in my platinum play through two months ago I'm not lying it's true .
@@k.s7493 I found both a shiny Rattata and a shiny Pidgey on Pokémon Leaf Green. There's actually proof of this too as it's on a playthrough of mine on my channel, though it's old and not worth watching.

Fun fact: i found my 3 shinies in pokemon go, and still dont have Feebas
I once got a Feebas from a surprise trade. I was especially happy when I got ANOTHER Feebas in a surprise trade that was holding a Prism Scale, so it evolved. So, since I was so happy, I breed Feebas for surprise trades. Occasionally I can find a Prism Scale to add :)

I got a Hydreigon on Victory Road in Kalos.
Lmao my pokemon yellow hc nuzlocke, that patch on grass on the cycling road was my grinding spot 😂 the amount of dodrio I encountered there is unreal, didn't even realise they were rare I thought ponyta was the rare spawn 😂
To me the rare Pokémon that took me years to find skull fossil that Pokémon is cranidos in Pokémon Pokémon platinum I was looking for cranidos for years every time I get is Sheldon every time and I gave up but during my playthrough of Pokémon platinum I finally found it and I didn’t use it because flashbacks of how annoying and tidies to find him

You can only get one of the fossils in Platinum, its based off of your trainer ID, that's why you didn't find one.

I have no idea how long it took for me to get a Lucky Egg in Crystal, but I got pokerus and a full odds shiny Noctowl before that item :O
Fun fact: The first time I played Diamond I've encountered Muchlax while I was trying Honey tree randomly. It was one of my first 5 trials. I didn't catch it because I had full team and generally for my first playthroughs I'm like Ash Ketchum and I don't bother myself to catch pokémon for just to finish the story with my original team, HM slaves and few replacements.

The fact that I got a munchlax in gen 4 with pokerus makes this even more insane because I didn’t know what I had at the time 😂 a bit scary tho because there was not very much info on pokerus and I thought he was going to kill my other Pokémon

Imagine the feeling where you finally found a rare Pokémon. You bring it's HP low while having status effect on it to increase the chance of catching it, only to discover that you were out of Pokéballs. Oh the irony.

Omg I actually caught a munchlax in my diamond version after maybe 2 or 3 months of back to back work and was so proud of myself that I cried and showed my brother
In fact, if you slather honey on a tree, and then try to change the time on your 3DS, Nintendo will put a 24 hour suspension on your clock and you'll end up waiting a whole extra day.
fun fact: Dawns mamoswine's father or ancestor, grandpa or whatever could be a dunsparce since piloswine evolves into mamoswine while knowing ancient power but piloswine can learn ancient power at lvl 1 but you cant get a lvl 1 piloswine it has to bee an egg move and dunspace is one of them so theres a change her Mamoswine's parent or whatever is a dunsparce
(Dunsparce can breed with swinubs and piloswines) Or its AnImE LoJiK

Feebas is definitely rare. I just fish away even with that 1% chance in that fishing spot in Sw/Sh. Took a long while till i encountered and catch one. Then go on to mass breed it or go for hatching a shiny. Can use abillity capsule/patch to get the right ability in sword and shield now though the process before buying it is tedious.
Munchlax took me the most time, (I have played until gen5 only)
the fisrt pokemon i enconterd in hammerlocke for sword was munchlax ive found like 3 because i dont hunt for it
So good luck getting a shiny Munchlax with good nature and ability in Pokemon Diamond pearl and platinum since it already is so rare

I have that kind of thing on Pokémon sword and shield it was pretty easy to get
Chimecho i found it twice but it died in gaia version now i feel bad knowing that it is rare.
Before watching:I’ve caught all of the ones in swsh but atleast one in usum since my old 3DS was stolen
So far abomasnow,Feebas and dreepy(this is at feebas’ entry and feebas was caught before the DLC even came out)
And salamence and volcarona in sun and moon(at their entry)
Although those were stolen with my old 3DS

Bruh I know how that is, my little brother stole my 3ds and left it at his school during the last week before summer break and it pained me because I got it as a gift from my older brother's ex girlfriend
So does that mean that getting a shiny munchlax through random encounters in gen 4 is next to impossible?
It is very hard but I think there’s some manipulation to get it easier

got a dragonite at dragonspiral tower on my 18th fishing attempt yesterday
i found a dreepy and caught it in the overworld crowned tundra
I caught munchlax at the route 219from the japanese game version of pkmn platinum, after 53,210 steps i havent encountered that shiny type, maybe its due to my trainer ID

Chansey may appear at lv 28 in Crystal for example, but Bulbapedia states max lv 25

It took me absolutely forever to get feebas in Pokemon shield.
The Pokémon in the hidden grottos have their hidden ability. That’s why they are so rare and you can’t compare them with the encounter rate of normal (not the type ;) wild Pokémon. It would make no sense at all to include them if you can catch them somewhere else with a higher encounter rate.
I hunted shiny Bagon without having shiny charm or strong pokemon and found Salamence.I used it until I got my starter to lvl 40
Is the chance for feebas the same chance as milotic in Pokémon sword
What about Entei, Suicune, and Raikou

Reversal can attest to Feebas, even moreso a shiny

It's not rare on it's own as you can catch it in certain area's with a higher ratio but getting a shiny version... is much MUCH harder.

I found golducks all the time in the islands in red
One of the hardest Pokémon to encounter is hidden ability Eevee in Pokémon sword
Also I got a hidden ability Lucario
Fun fact I got a shiny feebas before I got a normal one
I used a webpage to find out my Munchlax tree and I got 3 in a row
