This trailer was worth the months of waiting. I am so hyped. Marvel is on a roll this year. I'm hyped for Shang Chi. Hyped for Eternals. Now extra hyped for No Way Home. This movie is gonna be EPIC.

@@swimrock9410 it's a combination. Strange does know what he's doing in some capacity but he's very arrogant and has a tendency to think he's the best. Then on the other hand, we're 100% getting Mephisto in about 5 or 6 years. Everything we have seen in phase 4 has hinted at it. Quite literally everything. Wandavision teased it multiple times, Loki teased it with the stained glass window and this trailer teased it with the 'devil' sign. We ARE getting Mephisto, but not yet.
I don't know when everyone jumped on the bandwagon to pretend doc oc and goblin were ever anything special is beyond me but I won't ride it. I just dont feel no hype bc they're here.

What I like the most about this trailer is how it show the set up of Peter’s next journey: what’s being the spiderman truly mean for him? I always upset about how so many people dislike spiderman Tom Holland version because they claim that Peter didn’t suffer any consequences when from homecoming to far from home, the theme of responsibility had been slowly build up with the sacrifices of being spiderman getting bigger and bigger. What I’m so hype about this movie isn’t the multiverse but how Peter is going to struggle between keeping people he care about with him through the consequences of his action or choosing to push all of them away with all the memories of his identity as spiderman to keep them safe and continue being a hero because with great power, come great responsibility.
That's fascinating. It seems like (if they appear), Tobey & Andrew variants would be his two metaphors: One is old, retired & just want to settle down; the other who acts overconfident & cocky but really is trying to hide his trauma of losing his loved ones.

Thats what i liked about Tom's Spiderman, instead of doing the whole origin story,uncle ben dying and yada yada,they made Tom's spidey develop his character through the events of whats going on in the mcu.

Seeing Doc Ock at the end just reaffirms how amazing the train fight in Spiderman 2 was as it has stayed with me all this time and made me excited to see what's going to happen in this movie.

Also... it just seems like an odd intimidation tactic I don't really think a defense lawyer would be taking. I also don't think it Charlie Cox because just before that bit in the trailer, you see a man wearing what appears to be the same clothing, seemingly with the same slightly bigger belly build, walking with his arms crossed towards the interrogation room (at about 2:06 on this reaction video). However, i'm not saying he isn't in the movie. BUTTTT i could also be wrong, cuz some detectives and some lawyers totally wear similar clothing sometimes.
Yeah, that charge was epic. The only thing that kind of made up for it was Steve and T'Challa. Seeing those two running side by side ahead of everyone else was a memorable moment in the MCU.

Well there's another theory that Peter took a weapon from him to prevent Strange from reversing everything and capturing the super villains. And Strange is fighting Peter to get it back so it is our Strange. Unlesssss it isn't OUR Strange from the beginning ( you know, Mephisto)
@@parth_19 That wasn't a theory, it's a leak. That's likely what happens at this point...as the leak even identified the "for Fox's sake" mug that DS is holding in the trailer. To answer why he doesn't have his cloak , I believe the leak also mentions the cloak flies off to try and capture Peter. So it's clever editing and that happened right after that shot of him on the train, or Peter somehow webs it up/disables it for the rest of the fight.

Hey Guys, I own the original Spiderman comic of Dr OCs first appearance in a marvel comics. I read it 60 years ago and he remains my favorite Spiderman villain. Alfred Molina is the perfect Dr OC. Seeing the trailer with him sent chills down my spine. This could be the Best Marvel movie yet. 10/10 for the trailer. I’ll be in line December 17th. I’m a 72 yo marvel fan since their first printing.

I found it funny that you brought up Mephisto...because... as funny as it seems, the book that it appears they are drawing some inspiration from is one in which spider-man makes a deal with Mephisto to make it so that people forget he is spider-man..and then it goes sideways when peter parker wants to back out because he doesn't want to lose MJ. I doubt Mephisto is in this movie (there's enough bad guys already with Elektro, Green goblin, and doc oc), but thought that was ironic.
Something I just noticed when watching this. Dr. Strange is still wearing the Eye of Agamotto, but the time stone was atomized and the other one went back to the other timeline verrrrryyyyyy weeeeiiiiiirrrrddd

I don’t know if you guys noticed, everyone is focusing on Green Goblin and Doc Ock, but this teaser actually revealed 5 of the 6 members of the sinister 6. We see the Pumpkin bomb for Green Goblin, we saw Doc Ock, we saw lighting hit the ground for Electro, and at the same instant the lighting strikes we see a large mound of sand start to rise up from the ground (Sandman), and finally the most difficult one to spot, we see the Lizard from the first Amazing Spider-Man jumping at Tom Holland ( you need to go frame by frame and increase the brightness to see him for more than a split second). And that’s all five, and what’s neat is, in keeping with the theme of “Secret Identites” each one of these villains knows that Peter Parker is Spider-Man from their own universes, and if they want to keep that trend going, then the final member of the sinister six will have to be Vulture.
I really enjoyed Alfred Molina's portrayal of Dr. Octopus and that movie in general was my favorite of the 3 Raimi/Maguire movies. SO excited to see him back! Thanks guys, your review was fun and enjoyable, as usual.
I'm happy Doctor Strange is helping Peter and treating him with respect because as he said they saved the world together. Their team ups in the comics were always so cool. I love them so much. Loved your reaction.
I like that they're turning the multi-verse story into a way of exploring Peter's avoidance of consequences, rather than just mindless fanservice. Also, why is Doctor Strange only really cool and magical in other people's movies? Hopefully his sequel fixes that, but I'm honestly going to watch almost only for Doc Strange
His first movie was his origin, he was a newbie sorcerer. And he had one of the coolest scenes in his comics ever there - when he assisted during his own surgery. It's really famous scene.

I found it funny that you brought up Mephisto...because... as funny as it seems, the book that it appears they are drawing some inspiration from is one in which spider-man makes a deal with Mephisto to make it so that people forget he is spider-man..and then it goes sideways when peter parker wants to back out because he doesn't want to lose MJ. I doubt Mephisto is in this movie (there's enough bad guys already with Elektro, Green goblin, and doc oc), but thought that was ironic.
We're honestly gonna get Mephisto in about 5 years time. They're all breadcrumbs.
Something I just noticed when watching this. Dr. Strange is still wearing the Eye of Agamotto, but the time stone was atomized and the other one went back to the other timeline verrrrryyyyyy weeeeiiiiiirrrrddd

I don’t know if you guys noticed, everyone is focusing on Green Goblin and Doc Ock, but this teaser actually revealed 5 of the 6 members of the sinister 6. We see the Pumpkin bomb for Green Goblin, we saw Doc Ock, we saw lighting hit the ground for Electro, and at the same instant the lighting strikes we see a large mound of sand start to rise up from the ground (Sandman), and finally the most difficult one to spot, we see the Lizard from the first Amazing Spider-Man jumping at Tom Holland ( you need to go frame by frame and increase the brightness to see him for more than a split second). And that’s all five, and what’s neat is, in keeping with the theme of “Secret Identites” each one of these villains knows that Peter Parker is Spider-Man from their own universes, and if they want to keep that trend going, then the final member of the sinister six will have to be Vulture.
Or Mysterio. Vulture ended up in Morbius' reality...

I like that they're turning the multi-verse story into a way of exploring Peter's avoidance of consequences, rather than just mindless fanservice. Also, why is Doctor Strange only really cool and magical in other people's movies? Hopefully his sequel fixes that, but I'm honestly going to watch almost only for Doc Strange

His first movie was his origin, he was a newbie sorcerer. And he had one of the coolest scenes in his comics ever there - when he assisted during his own surgery. It's really famous scene.
