Not just that he isn't wearing the cape, it just looks different. It makes me wonder if this is a Dr. Strange from an alternate universe as well. Perhaps the What If..? series version? It's already been rumored that Haley Attwell could appear in Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness as Captain Carter. I'm also noticing during the first tease for Electro's lighting, it appears to be attacking a sandstorm. As Sandman has also been rumored to appear, i am wondering if he will be an enemy, or an ally. In Spider-Man 3, while he was a villain, he was not evil, and rather sympathetic. I know the end of Spider-Man 2 showed Doc Ock sacrifice himself as an ally, but Sandman never truly changed. He always regretted killing Uncle Ben, and was a recuctant villain. And there was a long period of time in the 90s comics where Sandman was a hero.
