these slush are toys the real thing has refrigerator and cost bit more than £50

I would use the blender for 30 seconds. But I would use this machine for making soft serve ice cream. It's more of an ice cream maker.

How did you get your slush puppy syrup to turn to slush in the machine

You can't use a blender and make it in 30 seconds. You are missing the point of those machines completely. If you use a blender you are adding ice to the mix which dilutes the mix. This is what this machine avoids. You are also supposed to use rock salt and a tiny fraction of what you used.

well true, but you could account for that by making making the base more concentrated. this machine takes too much work to use and the build quality leaves much to be desired and does not seem to last long.

is the top small ellips hole that use to put the ice inside ,doesn't have a lid ? i just bought the machine , but i wonder why it doesnt have lid cover , because if we use mixer always need a lid cover so it doesnt mess up. is it not make it leaking if no lid ? & also can we put ice cube in there ? or do we have to break it up first ?
