Genuine…. GENUINE LOLs at the end of “Dogs are Overpowered” at 18:47 I was already impressed with the dogs tips. That part of the video was packed full of advice, but the bit at the end, with the “YEAHH!!!” That had me in genuine LOLs out Loud.
A good guide not only offers up useful tips but also gets you thinking of the game differently and perhaps developing alternative game play for oneself. This guide succeeds on these points and is worth future review.
Some good things to keep in mind here but: 1) Difficulty scaling is quite esoteric in this game where I've had multiple people who can look into the code tell me conflicting things, but renown does not affect difficulty. Time + average party level and number of brothers + skulls (if its a contract) do. Overall you are right that hiring as many people as you can equip will generally be the best idea, though. 2) Duelist and headhunter would do nothing on a puncture build if you're primarily expecting to spam the skill since you can't ignore more than 100% of armor and cannot hit the head with puncture. Take executioner instead. You can also take a shield if you want since puncture is also unaffected by double grip 3) The only weapon that hits both head and body are non-reach two handed axes due to split man and the only randomness involved is if the main attack (which does full damage) will hit the head or the body same as anything else in the game. Whenever an attack is made, first the game rolls if it will be a head or a body hit. In case a 2h axe rolls a body hit that does full damage and the secondary strike which is half as effective will go to the head. This other attack does not do additional hp damage if it hits the head, but overall its still potential +50% damage compared to the flat +20 that most other 2h weapons have.
If you have played for a long time and levelled up your fighters, be aware how much they are costing you. Each costs around 20 gold per day, and this adds up, especially if you have between 12 and 20 fighters. One of the best late-game money-saving methods is to prune your team down to the very best and most profitable fighters. Also, nice video ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I think there IS a variable that is measured before your band gets too big (or stays small...like 7 instead of 12) especially in the early game where enemy count is also less (or more, equal to you lesser numbers) ....once you have more/max brother numbers, the enemy number is also increased. (I think!!!!). great video by the way 👍
correct the game calculates the difficulty of the game after this factors: avarage level of you company, size of your company (7 men 10 men 12 men and more) ingame days, and a tiny bit of renown. Edit: and of course after Game difficulty itself.
