In Cebu we use only venigar or ketchup to enhance the flavor since the Lechon itself has already the flavor. In Luzon they used the liver sauce as the Lechon meat has no flavor and that’s to add taste.

You have got me interested in visiting the Philippines this winter. I do have a question. Is it very noisy in all the towns at night? I travel a lot in central America and find that the people there like very loud parties late into the nights. Is it the same there?

I could almost survive on Lumpia alone. It has always been my favorite.

Food ordering tip: you may ask the server on "good for how many is the servings", sometimes in a menu its indicated. And of course, it's always comes with rice if its solo meal😁 or Ala carte if you want.
