Everyone gets forgotten eventually in this world of mortals. You don't remember dev anand or rajesh khanna in your daily prayers, do you, or nazirudin shah? No she is not overrated and yes she is goddamn fucking proud of herself. You know why, because she knows her craft, is dead serious about it and determined to improve it, unlike dead meats like salman or sharukh. (You can go back and see the Rapid fire for that ) Anupama maam has been nothing but nice to Kangna....Always appreciated her performance ....Even in Manikarnika . Anupama maam was the first one who questioned Stars about Nepotism....Always conducted Kanga's best interviews. Never tried to gain eyeballs with Kangna's personal life and asked respectable questions about her craft. Kangna was also so appreciative of her. But suddenly she has decided to switch gears. Suddenly everyone who doesn't blindly support her Hatred and Bigotry is part of a mafia. This is pure Bullshit. She has become a bully herself .When she had power she bullied her director Krishn and chopped Sonu Sood's role . She was an honest fearless woman but now she has become a hateful opportunist who used Sushant's death to cry about her mediocre film Manikarnika not getting awards.

Nobody talks about craft of acting so honestly as she is doing without being threatened and insecure. Very mature and intellectual.
It took me 10mins to notice the cartoon characters on her outfit. This is what happens when you actually hear an intelligent person and genuine thoughts. You don't pay attention to other things easily. She has a really nice calm demeanour.

It's 7AM when I've started watching this interview. And I'm not even an actor or a director. I love how honest she is. How much she loves and values her craft. I've never heard a star talk so much about the craft and the industry. They tend to speak mostly about their stardom. I love her so much. She is something to look forward to. I do hope she gets to do her snow and bonfire. It's a beautiful life.

Being an outsider she has never stayed in her comfort zone. Even after giving a super hit film like queen she went ahead to up her skills in abroad where she learnt script writing. And now she is directing. Just because she doesn't settle for the petty commercial films and their inside circle parties etc. It's actually good be an outsider. When you belong to a group you get typecasted. As an outsider you can be whatever you want to be. Excellent interview.

1. And here she is voicing opinion on nepotism , drug abuse , movie mafia , state hooliganism , casting couch and the list goes on against the most powerful while she cud hv kept quiet and earned loads of money as the highest paying actress
2. Respectable doubts about senior actress ? Who Jaya ? Does not she make a fool of herself occasionally with her stupid irrelevant political statements. She is part of the same Bolly crowd who has seen her husband having numerous scandals but kept quiet as a trophy wife
3. I would hv had better expectations from Ayushman but everybody cannot be a breakout ... We understand real and reel heroes. And yes he is definitely a great reel hero but talking abt larger issues might not be his cup of tea
