She defamed him by saying that he had broken a marriage promise. He never made such a promise.
There was never any affair. He co-operated with the police and they could never prove him guilty of any offense.
@@aadityamurali18 u need to research more before shooting a baseless idea. Kangana clearly said in Aap Ki Adalat that Hritik had made it clear to her that he cant marry her. This revelation of hers inspite of the trauma made it sound more convincing.
Hritik wanted to cling on to her, while Kangana wanted commitment. Hence Kangna parted ways which left a sour taste between both (watch 2014 MAMI festival & media reports that confirms the same).
Finally Hritik thought of teaching her a lesson when his male ego was hurt by Kangana's blunt but ambiguous silly ex statement

The two cases were filed BY HRITIK, one for defamation and other against the imposter. Neither did Kangana pay for defamation nor was the imposter found. He made a fool of himself in both the cases.
Thereafter it was only victim playing in media that Kangana was a psycho stalker. If he could file 2 cases why not file cyberstalking case against her ?
