Hi Alex, I just got a Dixie narco 522e r/300-6 and the homing does not work. The motors don't move and they are not jammed. I'm not sure what is wrong with it. If you could give me some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi none of my motors aren’t working when I do a test vend or even try to home it was working perfectly fine before with no issues before I changed out my refrigeration deck and I even changed the vend motor fuse but still nothing
Would love to see a “remove product” video on the dixie narcos if possible. I have the error code on my DN55 and pretty sure its one of the 2 drop sensors but im not sure how to flag them and see whether theyre coming on and off on the board. Or if there could be other issues. Love your videos though, Thanks!

Hey Alex. I have a 501e. I have one selection that’s when you select the product it vends like 6 or 7 bottles in a row. What could be causing this ?
Your video timing is fantastic! I have a 501e that is saying homing and there doesn't seem to be any jams. When I do a motor test to vend from the column it vends 2 drinks. When I attempt to vend using money it'll give me the 'try another selection'. I've pulled all the drinks out and reinserted them to ensure it was all clear but I'm still getting that error. Any suggestions? Thanks! Your videos are super helpful!
This sounds like the home switch on the vend motor of the column may be defective or has some corroded contact points. Try removing and reconnecting the plug on the home switch. This will scrape off any potential corrosion on the spades. Then retest this selection. You can also go so far as swapping this home switch with another working motor. If the problem follows the switch then the issue is the switch and it will need to be replaced. I hope this helps and thank you for watching.
HI Alex....I have a problem with my Dixie 522e 6 select machine as i left it unplugged while i did a renovation and now it is giving me a jc7 and 8 error code but it is only a 6 select machine? Need you help clearing that...Reset board but no help with this code still have the flashing dot on screen after trying to home....Let me know if there is a solutions thanks
Oh! So stabbing the jammed can with a screwdriver, bending and cursing at it until it falls out isn’t the right method you say 😂
hey random question can you tell me where the nameplates are with the serial # would be i just got a DN276e
If the serial plate has not been removed it can be found on the lefthand side of the door facing the left. They are either white or silver plates.
Can you make one on cans being double vended

I really wish you had these videos 2 yrs ago when I first got my machines lol. But better late than never
I just followed steps to clear a jam and it was so much easier than what I was doing before. After I cleared the jam, and closed the door, the columns went through the homing scenario. . . . but then I started seeing an error message "SS-# (it flashed SS for each column number". . . ) So now it wont collect or vend, and after it flashes SS-# a couple times, it stops, and then It just shows just a blank screen with only the "." showing. . . . . Wht the ham. Help with this would be fantastic.
SS-# is for stuck selection button. You may be experiencing issues with your selection membrane or the selections buttons themselves. Here is my video on how to troubleshoot this issue: ua-cam.com/video/vgLmFVE50I0/v-deo.html
Alex I know there must be a possibilty to vend two Monster or Rockstar drinks in each slot of the Dixiew Narco 501 or 276 E . Do cams have to be adjusted ? Would the spacers be placed in the back to accomadate two of these large cans in each slot. They are the same diameter as any 132 ounce can, just longer. Any help or better yet a video showing how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
Rockstar and Monster are able to be vended from an E series Dixie Narco. A video is in the works. I am currently editing it together. In the meantime. Here are the settings. WIDE COLUMN: Timing cam set to 1. Back spacer set to hole 8. x4 Bottle shims on the left and x4 bottle shims on the right. NARROW COLUMN: Timing cam set to 3. Back spacer set to hole 8. x1 Bottle shim. x1 Rod and spring placed in hole B in the cradle. I hope this helps.

Does the homing work the same way on a 501T?
It sure does. The 501T, based upon year of manufacturing, the S2 controller or the S2D controller. Many of the programing and operations of the S2 controller carried over to the S2D controller.
Hey I have a Dixie Narco 501E, my problem is it keep saying JC10 and I only have 9 selection. How do I fix this problem
If this machine is equipped with an SBC control board. Then it will need to be set for a 9 select model. As this JC10 error does not affect the operation of your machine it can be ignored.
My Dixie Narco (not sure what model) has power to the cooling system but randomly the Buttons have no power. Usually there is an orange light that is on for out of stock but even that is not lit. I press the buttons and nothing dispenses. I am not sure how to go about fixing it or troubleshooting

Hello, I have a dixie Narco vending machine, the "correct change" button is lit up but it does not accept change. Has anyone else had this issue before? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated thank you all!!
If this machine is an E series running the S2D control board. Press the service mode button. Navigate to DIAG. Enter DIAG. Then navigate to CN. This is coin mech test mode. Insert change into the coin changer. If rejected, more then likely the coin changer is defective. Here is a video where I show you how to get to the DIAG area. Dixie Narco Coke machine. I get the BUAL code, and I cannot use dollar bills to purchase. How do I fix this?
BUAL error is a bill acceptor error. Which coincides with the machine not taking bills. There are 8 sub level errors to the BUAL error found on 4 Button Programing COKE Dixie Narco. Press selection button 4 when the BUAL message is on the screen. The sub level errors can often be found on the inner door of your machine.

I have a soda vending machine and I think it is the V Max model with 8 selections the screen that indicates $1.00 or sold out does not turn on and sometimes you only see parts of the screen what do you think is the problem everything else works fine thanks for reading me
This sounds like a bad digital display or a corroded harness to the display. Check to make sure the harness that plugs on to display or the four pins on the display it connects is not corroded.
