Trouble is most people are missing the point and pick taste over their own children's future. It is the younger generation that will suffer the consequences of global warming and the one place the general public/parents can really make a difference is to eat a plant based diet and start to protect the future for their children. The question isn't does it taste like steak but is steak more important to you than your children. Personally my taste buds are second to my family, I want my legacy to be their happiness so I choose a plant based diet to do my bit to help protect them.
