Hello students of guru pashupati, I've come across a video of guru pashupati where he sacrificed buffaloes as a priest in a temple. Question is if its okay to consume buffalo meat? I was told by an astrologer that eating buffalo will piss shiva off. Also is cow meat off limits to consume? And we can eat buffalo meat without it being a sin? I've read online in rig veda indra ate bovine and cow? Is it misinformation or the truth. Could you please clarify? Give me some knowledge on this as i don't wish to proceed with anything without being sure. Guru pashupati is a shiva follower and he spoke of buffalo sacrifice so that got me thinking. I need to eat more red meat for some medical reasons. Would appreciate some wisdom on this, thank you for taking my question:)

@healingwarriortribe thank you for replying, i already eat meat. But im asking about eating buffalo and cow? And if i should stay away from cow if its actually taboo. Please do answer, thank you. Just don't want bad karma. I googled him, he's white so im assuming he eats bison and cow and doesn't follow sanatan dharma or does he? I don't know, im just assuming. I saw you with guru pashupati so i thought I'd ask you since you follow it.
