- CS-A barbed wire machine produce the barbed wire speed is 1Ton/8hour.
1.It is designed to produce double-strand barbed steel wire.
2.The machine is of horizontal design, consisting of two parts, assembled together at the middle.
3.It is safe and reliable in operation, capable of turning out high quality products with consistency.
I would like to see some slo-motion video, especially the part of the machine where the two wires come in from the sides and become wrapped around the long continuous wires. I can’t understand how that process works from looking at this video. The quality of the picture is very good, and I can see that the workers take good care of this beautiful machinery. Thank you for the presentation.
E fantástico ver o funcionamento dessas máquinas parabéns
*Bonito além do processo todo é a inteligência desses engenheiros !*

Looks very safe and operator friendly, what could possibly go wrong?
Even OSHA would approve of this.

Is a factory.. not Disney word
They are not even wearing eye protection
@@PaulWalker-lk3gi Why the need? Are they using dangerous chemicals?
@@samuellourenco1050 I guess if you got a little bit of barbed wire in your eye you could just pick it out with tweezers :)
Yo siempre quise saber cómo se hace el alambre de púas...esto es genial... fantástic video i love it thanks... gracias...
Impressionante muito bom excelente trabalho.
By reading the posts it's nice how many people see the dangers with this machine ! Also No safety glasses, gloves ! WTF 😎
Parabéns ,exelente trabalho.
👍🇧🇷
Love how you have to lean right over all the open gears to operate the controls and get to the E-Stop. Crazy!
Expendable labor supply...
"3 It is safe and reliable in operation". Bend over the moving deadly parts to get to the control. Whoever designed that should be shot. Move the panel to the front. at the 6:45 mark you can see them oil the machine while it run. I do not call that reliable if they need to oil it every 5 minutes. Also, grease would last way longer. Auto-greaser or even oiler would be inexpensive yet be so safer... A tank, a solenoid, a few needle valve, some pipes and bit of pressure and that's it.
not one safety guard,or screen.
I love the armchair millwrights. First off, worked around this type of machine for many years. Every country is different, so safeties are added on site. You cage it and install oilers and safeties as per each countries standards.

Meu Deus quem inventou esse extrandak aí é inteligente d+!?.
I have used many miles of this around 480 acres, 5 strand fence, with 4 wire ,4 inch spacing barbed wire.

Beautiful and ingenious. Also ridiculously dangerous, I'd not go within twelve feet of it when in operation.
Yep, this is designed to kill , or remove some body parts, a few guards would help. Actually a lot of guards, and some serious isolation to ensure it could not be activated during the wire feeding.
Thanks for the video, very interesting.
All I can think is that I hope this is a demonstrator with all the covers off. That thing would be a finger eater on a factory floor.
Parabéns muito loco..
Are you hiring? My mother-in-law needs a job operating that exact machine...
So..., you have to reach OVER the machinery, to access the power/emergency shut off control panel.... brilliant.
This is probably just a demo setup, the box with the control could be places elsewhere.
@Artyom Sherwin Also, there is no need to limit yourself to only one emergency stop. There could several installed so one emergency stop is always within easy arm's reach of the operator.
you are young ,you have a long life ahead of you,
why both of you don't have protection for your eyes when you work on steel wire all the time,so you will avoid your eyes poke , beside that very nice vid,
thanks
Incrível e de mais muito interessante
Very talented work
Muito interessante !!!
Good job!
Nota .10
Lần đầu mình thấy công nghệ này hay quá
OSHA would have a payday if that shop was in the USA.

Well Dragon Medler, you are seeing America about 150 years ago. We started out doing things on small, practically unsafe also. Some still in production today. Heck, we got kids eating soap pods, do we expect them to operate machinery. Heck, most couldn’t pass the tests to operate a wheelbarrow.
Super video bro.
In the US we hear lots of bitching about OSHA and other govt regulations, but keep in mind that this is the kind of crazy dangerous stuff we’d have without em. I worked in factories with dangerous equipment for decades, but at least here there are laws protecting workers from things like this. Even so, many companies are constantly trying to get away with stuff. OSHA may be a bother for some, but without it we’d have many more sick and injured workers.
The controller box on a different position, facing away from the mechanisms would be nice. A protection cage would be better.

Amazing work
Impressionante
tek kelimeyle mükemmel.
MUITO BOA MAQUINA
muito interessante
So you have to reach over the unshielded spinning gears to hit the emergency stop. Got it.
That barbwire machines got beat.lol
O arame farpado é perigoso desde a sua fabricação hem . Kkkk

I'm pretty sure that the original machine wouldn't have been anywhere near as complicated as this back in the 1800's when the stuff was invented back in 1879....................
TOO long- edit down and put in some slow motion
That noise is so satisfying
lplvfu
Isto é incrivel
Super 🇨🇮
excellent
Cool video. Slow motion would have gotten more likes.
Nice to see lot's of guarding on that machine.
top amigo

WOW 😮
Wow so barbed wire is not even made in America anymore like it used to be
Bare nice
Very good
what brains to think of, draw up and than build a machine like that
Que inteligecia
Iike the big rotating wheel to the left when you have to E-Stop the machine.
Boy! You don't want to get too close to that thing!
The machine needs some covers over all the gears and belts!
Thanks
Supar
Good
With all those exposed gear wheels, definitely no loose clothing and keep your fingers to yourself. This machine is an industrial accident just waiting for a vic!
Crazy machine, the control panel faces to the inside so you can get chop your hand off and be part of the wire.
Eu sei fazer eu trabalhei nestas maquimas eu trabalhei na belgo mineira hoje arcelo mital
Its ingenious.
whats so ingenious they were making barb wire in the usa in the 1800s
Uh reaching across all those moving parts to start and stop the machine dosent seem user friendly. Turn that control panel around to the outside.
I'm still not sure how barber wire is made
sir is machine ko fiting yani pura kharcha kitna ayega
