I carry quite a bit of older kit, kit bag and pack, that’s always worked: headlamp, stove, knife, things like that. Hard to replace the tried and true. Thanks for posting up, Scot. 👍🏼☕️
For a couple of shots hunting or in an emergency, sure. Particularly when you need close to normal hearing between shots. That being said, even foam ear plugs do a better job if you don't need to hear between shots. A lot of us carry both in our KBs.
