    I had a blast touring the PSFC lab with Audrey and Will! Thank you all

    Very cool!! I very much enjoyed learning some basics about fusion and seeing the experimental research MIT is doing! ❤

    Loving Dr.Nee's vibe, refreshing to see someone so cool talking about advanced plasma physics!

    Thanks to all involved with this great video. I must admit that early on I was worried that as Will talked with his hands he was going to hit Audrey in the face. Probably he wasn't getting as close as it looked, a 3-space projected to 2-space (neglecting time), and over time I stopped worrying.

    This topic includes information which may help make it possible for humans to survive on this planet earth. I hope that I will be watching more videos on this topic on this channel as further research gets us closer to achieving the goal of harnessing COLD nuclear fusion in power plants that are cost effective for producing electricity.

    Who's this Mit guy... why does he have his own fusion reactor. Some sort of evil super genius? Does James Bond know about this Mit guy???

    Nice to see bright young people working on fusion. Can't say this video was particularly informative, but MIT published a great lecture that gets into the science of what they are doing: ua-cam.com/video/L0KuAx1COEk/v-deo.html

    seems there is no such thing as cold fusion... unless you dont understand the physics

    What is cold fusion?

    this program is for kids under the age of 10. They should say that at the get go. Not the NOVA I grew up with. (Its sad and depressing)

    When scientist wanted to test the first nuclear bomb they hypothesized that it could cause the fusion of hydrogen atoms in the air and cause a chain reaction thus destroying the whole earth, but they tested the bomb anyway. WTF!

    • @clown134
      @clown134 Місяць тому +1

      because the chances of a chain of fusion happening like that were basically nonexistent

      Ok clown. Only u understand physics but work on your English first.

    “How Does Fusion Work?” Evidently, it still doesn’t.

      Fusion works; otherwise the sun would be cold and the sky starless. The challenge is getting more energy out than you put in. Wikipedia can show the math.

    This host should not be hosting a science show. Does not know anything.
