His response wasn’t even good. He apologized and said he accepts consequences, but then says he doesn’t agree with an article that is presenting factual information from sources within his team.

Idk about him irl, yeah 100% can be a really nice guy in person, but in solo q he is absolutely disgusting. Easily one of the worst solo q teammates you can have. He is legit the typical Darius/Olaf/other ooga booga cheese giga chad manly player rager that blames and flames team, both junglers, enemy laner perma stereotype except that unlike the rest he made it into the pro. There are also more than enough drama with him from solo q incidents with other pros, amateur pros and streamers that you can easily find yourself. Also his arrangement was last minute + his first match was in a playoffs. If he stays, in the long run, its gonna benefit bds imo.

@@years-gq6dy yep i know he isnt a rookie, but when someone comes from a acad team as a last minute sub-in, usually the impression is that they will just feed and do nothing each game.
But aside from G1 and G2, in G3 and G4 i would say he did good enough for his team to carry him, he peeled/buy space for ezreal like crazy. So much so ICE could dps and kill them.
Not something you get to see from people subbed in from acad.
@@ANon-Eemusbut he isn’t someone subbed from academy xD be had like 150 LEC games played before. He was in academy cuz he wasn’t good enough to be in LEC. He played fine today but i doubt bds will stay with him the entire year unless they win spring somehow

love how you can stand in your chair having an opinion about a person you know nothing about. The only trusted source is from teammates/coaches and these people do not leak things like that. Instead they try to resolve them within the team.

Is disappointing that players get benched for toxicity. The players most desperate to win are also very emotional, and confrontational (aka toxic, aka difficult to work with). When a player becomes “toxic” and “difficult” to work with. The other players have to finally do their job and work with the player in order to be a good team. Its dissapointing to see teams bench players because of a conflict. Just shows how a team is unable to work through conflict and solve problems. A good team learns to work through their difficulties. Benching a player and moving on is a sign that your team and org doesn’t want to put in any effort towards being a good team
Yeah i mean if they can downplays saying the situations is not that bad, why dont they just hold it out atleast until the end of the splits? Surely this is a more realistic approach especially for an org like BDS that rarely have a shot for a championship.
Sounds good, almost never practical... Adam isnt exactly at a level where he outweighs his "issues" i presume.
Adam is not a top teir performer in anyway when your not at the top you don’t get to act like a ass and think your job will still be there
I guess the issue lies in how that will to win expresses itself. For example Perkz in his G2 days was a player known for doing everything to win. But he did it in a way where he motivated the people around him, lifted them up when the mood was down, got them to work harder when they were slacking but also allowed players like Wunder to use their time more freely when he felt that they needed it. Then there is Forg1ven who was incredibly talented and had a will to win that was second to none. But he also thought that people should be able to read his mind, had contradicting ideas on how to play the game, never found fault with himself and instead of lifting people up he constantly put them down because he thought that would make them play better when all it did was demotivate them and destroy the entire team. As a coach or GM you have to maximize the chances of your team to do well in whatever time frame you agreed upon with the org. If a good and driven player causes so many issues that it starts to outweigh the benefits and you can't mediate enough you can never keep him our you have to surround him with players that could potentially work with him because they are more resilient. Also if a player starts to undermine the authority of the coach you pretty much have to bench him or get a new coach because if you let something like that fly once it's over for that dynamic.
He is benched because the team is playing for him, Adam had the highest counter pick porcentage of any top laner and player in the League, they are giving him resources and his way of paying back is tilting and quiting scrims? Yeah their he is behaving like a proper human beign would uh?
He is toxic and a piece of shit and more people should know about it.
