If Dalmi ends up with Dosan as predicted, what a wasted opportunity in making this drama memorable for viewers who looked forward to seeing a first love (from a unique source - love letters) blooming into a mature romance and a good man deserving happiness!

I also can't understand how the basic of everyone relationships, "the letters" , just turned into dust. Not talked about ever again. So weird. Dal Mi got emotional support for 15 years from these letters and never forgot about them and all of a sudden they seem to have never existed. A major plot fail, in my opinion.
I'm so emotionally invested in Ji Pyeong's character, that it's painful for me to watch this drama XD I can't seem to enjoy the rest of the drama. I just want Ji Pyeong to be happy in the end. That's all I wish for. Tbh... Dal Mi's and Ji Pyeong's story just has so much potential, that it's hard not to ship them. But I know they won't be end game.... so why Yeongsil?? Yeongsil, why did u give Ji Pyeong and us hope? XD He's not gonna hit a home run, we all know that T-T
Even if I'm going to be heartbroken in the end, I won't regret watching this drama. Han Ji Pyeong really stole the show and my heart XD He's such a well-written character and his development is A+. All I could wish in a character, he has it. Kim Seon Ho really owned this drama ;)

I have never seen a drama where the second lead looks like the story was written for him. HJP acting was excellent, love all his scenes with Miss Choi. They are funny, witty and so dramatic. Miss Choi for me is the best actress of all time.

And even worse, at the end they made Ji-pyeong say that it was like he wasn't the guy from the letters, bc he didn't fight for Dalmi like Do-san. I mean... they ignored the relationship and support Ji-pyeong and Dalmi provided to each other throughout tough years. I'm just sad for him...

I’m still so confused why the writers would make this show mostly about him and his letters and protecting her for those two to hardly even spend any on screen time together. (If they had actually bonded and spent more time together I think this would’ve been more heartbreaking and realistic) I feel like this whole show is nothing but a disappointment but kept watching for our Good Boy hoping he’d get a happy ending. He deserves better. And at this point she’s not even good enough for him. She can’t even make up her mind about what she wants. sigh oh well. It’s the perfect song and love the transitions :)
If you rewatch some parts, you will see she’s always there for him, understands and appreciates him as he is. She cares about him a lot, inviting him to dinners and buying foods for him. I think she just needs time to figure out in the last two episodes :)

Of course I appreciate that she understands his harshness that he’s saying those things to help them while everyone else gets butt hurt about it. But it’s like she totally forgot about being in love with him for most of her life and only focusing on Do San... she spends all this time considering her feelings for Do San but I haven’t seen her spend any time considering Ji-pyeong (though it was nice she was about to call him when things went bad in the last episode but then Do San ruins what could have been a good bonding) 🙄
And unfortunately I will never go back and rewatch any of the show, I would have dropped it a long time ago if it wasn’t for our Good Boy keeping me interested in his well being 😅
Some knetz share the writers change the story bcs they didn't want to create another "Cinderella" story 😩 that why they push dodal story so much. Make this drama bcm out from the start story. They make big holes about the startup and the meaning of the letter
@@Jatsuki I will watch again, but only HJP scenes. All else is a waste. Dumb-San and Dal-Mi deserve each other. I feel like maybe they are setting In-Jae up as a n HJP love interest for the end. Having her come back to her family.

@@felicityqueen I see people post for DoDal and I think they must be very young, only looking at the surface. I hated how the director put HJP in baggy clothes in 13 & 14 and had Do-San looking like an Armani model. That said more to me than any storyline that HJP will not end up with DM.

I think this drama will destroy me,I'm only on episode 6 but I have seen some videos and comments that it's not going in the right direction and it's so sad. I just don't understand why they would ignore the couple when the story revolves around them and their letters,it makes me frustrated 😞 Give us some hope please!

Ahhhh Jipyeong 🙌🏻The Asian writers have to update themselves and put an end to this annoyance that the protagonist always has to stay with the girl. Who has to stay is the most interesting character, best built, with more charisma and talent.
EP-14 - Starting Scene wherein HJP comforts her and leaves, call her from the elevator - tells her that he stopped DoSan from seeing her and he might have got a wrong idea about HJP-DalMi. NOW DALMI doesnt get angry , but says its okay and ADDS BY SAYING THAT RELATIONSHIP WAS OVER 3YRS AGO. WHY did she say that explicitly yo HJP when she knows clearly that might give some hope to HJP since he has feelings for her... :)... do HJP have a chance or it just poor writing..
I think there has been poor writing all along. This could have been a very epic love triangle, but they have neutered HJP too many times. Three years later and he is still calling her Ms. Seo? They should have been married by now. But the story doesn't exist without Do-San, I guess.
When seonho said there is gonna be a plot twist I thought maybe she's gonna end with him but since i haven't watched last two episodes people said she ends up with dosan so disappointing

i have no more arguments. What happened to Nam Joo Hyuk's character in School 2015 together with the leading actress was disappointing. They hardly had a relationship yet they ended up together. This time his character was there for Seo Dal Mi and he deserves her. I'M A HARDCORE JI PYEONG SHIP AND THIS IS KILLING ME. HE WAS THERE SA PAST NIYA BUT DO SAN WAS THERE IN THE PRESENT. I watched Pino*chio just before Start Up, a drama by the same writer (my favorite writer btw, love all her dramas so much, so many genius characters and quotes and her dramas are mostly so satisfying to watch because every story element is solved so well) and I can't help but see parallels between them and the second lead&main girl of Pino*chio. She writes him messages since she was a child, without knowing he's the one who gets them.
My heart already got broken then, I think it will be even more broken with Start Up

3 years have gone by, and my man JP couldn't muster enough courage to make a move on the girl he loves. He couldn't even look at Dal mi's eyes when he said he wanted her to think of him first! And sure enough, she didn't think of him first when she found out her company's computer system was hacked. She called Sa-ha first, then a bunch of IT security companies... As a JP fan, I can only sigh...
Alexa-Yeong-sil is wrong when it predicts "a good ball is coming your way...": Three hot shot computer geeks, one of them is Big Hands Nam Do-san, loaded with money, beaming with confidence, flying back from the Silicon Valley, is no "good" ball. It's the nastiest of knuckle balls, I'd say.
Ok, everybody thinks it's over for JP with Dal mi piggybacking Do-san back to Seoul. Not me. Dal mi told Do-san that she had to BEG his parents to tell how to find him. From the conversation between Do-san's mom and dad, I don't think Dal mi had to "beg" for very long. She told DS that "we need to talk." Talk about what? We did not hear much of what they were talking about, did we?. She even fell asleep before eating the ramen. And in the morning, all we hear is Dal mi talking business to Do-san. Dal mi's dream is not Do-san, but to become the Steve Job of Korea. She is one tough, tenacious, and in JP's words "pretty resilient" young lady who has mastered the art of the deal. And it seems like she got the team she needed to help her realize her dream.
Two more episodes to go. It's "two outs in the bottom of the ninth and a full count." I think JP will swing for the fences and score a home run. My two cents! 😎
This vid made my heart broken again! Started watching this drama as it has unique concept but at the end nothing mattered to me expcept Mr.Han's Happiness. He just abandoned by everyone, his parents, his pet dog & at the end by his penpal 😭

If this were real life and not a kdrama, Han Ji Pyeong would have gotten the girl. The letters, and the person behind them, would have overwhelmed the affection felt for the fake person. I hate the ending.
it's so stupid she didnt even think "oh Ji Pyeong wrote the letters?" she didnt even feel anything about it she only got upset because dosan lied, he wast the dosan she fell in love for 15 years but then again the letters didnt mean anything when it came to Ji Pyeong how does that make any sense

Coulda/woulda/shoulda been great...but wasn't, due to incompetent scripting and production. I've come to expect this kinda bs from American tv, but it's the first time I've been so terribly disappointed by a Korean show.
I stopped watching this drama after dalmi reunited with dosan. Gave a thumbs down for the episode. Moved on. Dosan and dalmi?? Seriously!! 🤦♀️🤷♀️
I really hate this drama .Han ji-pyeong is the only true character in this show and yet, somehow he is the only one that is being thrown in the trash. Running from place to place. Only for people not even acknowledging all the things he did to keep them standing. I mean why ? Why? Why does he have to struggle non stop for 16 episode 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️. I really really hate this drama.
