The only reason a dog would probably be aggressive as if the owner of it was aggressive these look like the sweetest dogs in the world I've always wanted a pitbull or a Shar Pei
My brother had a Blue Fawn named Angel (RIP) and that is exactly what he was, pure good. Only once in my life with him did I see him flip out. And that was with our white toy poodle Barker, AKA The General (RIP). I'll tell you how Barker got the nickname. I one day, lying on the couch, gave Angel my cereal milk to slurp, and here comes the older Barker (he wasn't The General yet) sticking his nose in Angel's cereal milk. And boy I'll tell you, when he did this, it finally - after years of growing up with the poodle as his alpha - finally lit a switch in Angel and he flipped on Barker. It was like a rabid bobcat screaming I'm going to shred you! Petrifying. But, he never bit Barker. Got in his face like a drill sergeant on pcp, but never bit him. And Barker, even though he was about to be turned into minced meat, never backed down! Staying there with him in this snarling face to face, noses to nose verbal standoff! And my brother rushed in from the room, yelling Angel! Angel! Stop! and was forced to break it up by kicking Angel away from him; no choice, he had to, Angel even had me terrified; he was big and it was shocking. And after two hard kicks (and Angel never ever got hit, we were good to him) Angel backed off, turned away, not a whimper, not so much as a snarl at my brother and walked away, unfazed but obedient. Barker on the other hand, stayed by the bowl just smacking his lips, not moving, looking like he just face a hejina and lived to tell about it. And from that day on, we nicknamed Barker, The General. And he never got in Angel's food again.
i think I will buy a pit bull but probably would only buy their dogs. because they must have a technique of raising them. id ask to learn their techniques.
Amber Locked Yup, I don't think it so much as them getting upset just their wild instincts, you have to assert your dominance otherwise they will assert on you if the sense fear, and in case of a pit that won't be good, they're either won't respect you, and won't listen and or want and or will more likely lash out at you. Seriously. I have a German Shepherd mix and she's literally just the dumbest, happiest dog in the world. My girlfriend had a little chihuahua that tried to fight every other dog it came in contact with.
Just because they’re dog types doesn’t mean they’re aggressive, when I was 3 or 4 I was around a pit bull 8 hours a day, because my mom couldn’t take care of me, my dad had to while she worked. he did all the necessities, so I had time to do dumb things. nothing bad ever happened. dogs only become aggressive if there’s an aggressive environment.
My blue nose is the same she's so sweet smiles too and is so gentle with everyone she once nursed & fed two baby kittens who's mother died giving birth. even though Cali (a.k.a my pitbull) she had never had puppies of her own she started to produce milk and looked so happy when they would feed and she would constantly clean them.
Lots of families with dead or maimed children were just as confident as this one, however unlikely it is for the dog to turn, that risk isn't a solid zero and the payoff for that risk amounts to "aww cute" and some likes on social media.

@@fernidadjames3188 I completely disagreed with the comment and this overused euphemism "no bad dogs, only bad owners". It's this outta whack attitude, such as yours which is fueling the dogs in shelter crisis. This "humanization" of dogs over the past 15 years or so has had a horrible effect on dogs landing in the wrong scenario and at the wrong time. Not understanding your lifestyle(eg. Having children) is a very often oversight by many dog owners. They get the dogs first and then start having kids. My wife's good friend's infant ended up in NICU and almost died when their well trained and friendly Malumute panicked and tried to pull crying baby out of car seat. I know several other cases where people had to get rid of their previously well trained and active beloved dog because aggression arose after the baby arrived. My very own dog is a Bordie Collie mix who's previous owners didn't realize how bust they'd be after having a kid and my dog needs a lot of exercise and activity. Even in this video they had the baby laying across the pitbull for a "cute" photo op. The dog doesn't even have to act "mean". The door bell can ring and the dog could spring up. The message should be know your lifestyle and what it's going to look like for the next 10 years while deciding on if you should get a dog...especially larger and active breeds.
Fun fact: German Shepards were once known as the most dangerous dog in the 1960s. Now, they're helping make the world a better place by working as a K-9 team with police.

Before her I grew up with a European great Dane whom we trained to be a guard dog since our apartment got robbed she passed from cancer at age 10 which is a long life for Danes. Then had a Siberia husky coyote mix though it suited better in the suburbs so gave him Joker to my uncle in NJ who owns a large house and territory.
It’s funny how humans label other animals as dangerous even tho we kill and pillage

That's the stupidest and most overused sentiment by out of touch dog owners. Good dog owners understand their lifestyle and what breeds suit it and when.

Last i checked no one asked for your stupid overused toxicity.
