    Paneer Dum Biryani Procedure:
    =======================================
    Step: 1
    For Making Paneer Dum Curry:
    Paneer cubes - 250gm
    Ghee - 1tbs
    Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
    Salt -1 tbs (as required)
    Red chilli powder - 1 tbs
    Coriander powder - 3/4 tbs
    Jeera powder - 1/4 tbs
    Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tbs
    Biryani Masala powder- 1/2 tbs
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbs
    Shah jeera - 1/2 tbs
    Fresh curd - 3/4 cup
    Ginger garlic paste -1 tbs
    Fried onions -3/4 cup
    Green chillies- 2
    Coriander chopped - 1/2 cup
    Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
    Cooking oil- 1 tbs
    Elaichi-2
    Cloves - 4
    Dalchini - 1/4 inch
    Javentri - 1 pc (small)
    Star anise - 1 ( small)
    Bay leaf - 1
    Fry the paneer by adding ghee(1tbs) until light golden brown.
    Then tranfer into a bowl.
    Take a bowl and add above all ingradients including fried paneer.
    Mix well and keep aside for about 1 hour.
    After 1 hour cook this marinated paneer
    by adding cooking oil (1 tbs). Prepare curry until 75% done and keep aside.
    Step 2:
    At the same time
    Boil 1.5 liters of water
    Add :
    Elaichi - 3
    Cloves - 3
    Dalchini - 1/2 inch
    Javentri - 1 (small)
    Star anise - 1 (small)
    Bay leaf - 2
    Green chillies- 4
    Shah jeera - 1/2 tbs
    Coriander leaves - 2 tbs
    Mint Leaves - 2 tbs
    Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbs
    Ghee - 1/2 tbs
    Salt - 1 tbs (as required for water to taste salty)
    Let it boil
    Add basmati rice - 200 gm (30 minutes soaked ).
    Cook on high flame up to 80% done.
    Step 3:
    - Now transfer the rice(80% cooked) onto paneer dum curry(75% cooked) pan.
    - Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and saffron milk.
    - Add 1/4 cup water (left over cooked rice water) with ghee (1/2 tbs) on top of the rice and cover tightly.
    - Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and then tranfer onto heated tawa ( as shown in Chicken Dum Biryani recipe in my channel ).
    - Again cook for 10 minutes on medium flame to perfect dum.
    - Switch off the flame and serve after 15 minutes.
