That's a very stupid thing to say - we should't grade languages but he has learnt hungarian - one of the hardest languages in the world - while english has turned in to a lingua franca that everybody knows - english is nowadays a mere tool for most people and nobody is really passionate about learning it just because it has lost it's magic.
